According to SF2’s testimony (reading between the lines), it doesn’t appear that Kelsey was expected for dinner at the Franch.

The more I think about it, the more I believe Patrick pretended he and Kelsey were going to have a recommitment of their relationship and spend Thanksgiving at home with their baby, romance to follow.

She moved there to live the dream life of having a family and now she was finally going to get it, which makes him so much more despicable.

It is recorded for longer when there are calls/texts. The phones traveled together and had recorded location information when idiot PF had the brainy idea to conduct calls to and from himself using her phone in one hand and his in the other. He should have stuck to treating donkey feet. MOO.

Yeah, isn't that just the saddest? Here Kelsey is getting ready to make something yummy for everyone, maybe thinking she might be part of the Frazee clan for a change. I mean, KB had to have SOME idea of what she thought was happening that day if she's only making one dish. JUST thought of this, MAYBE she was going to send the sweet pot cass along with Baby and PF when THEY went to the Franch... And Kelsey was going to spend the day at her place. Alone.

Cell companies collect, store and house much data from our phones. They sell a lot of statistical data, to advertisers, political campaigns, anybody that's got a dollar.

They don't need the phone, its collected from towers and stored.

However LE got it, we know they did as the expert testified under oath.

Kelsey's phone traveling to Idaho is what put LE on track to solve the case.

Thank goodness! I cannot believe he bothered to fight this case in court. I wonder if he did try to plea and the prosecution was not willing to give him less than life plus.

Maybe LE requested and received complete tower dump information showing the RTT hits - look at the little boxes on the maps in the SW's where it shows which tower as CID#. SamK stated in one of his videos that Verizon only has 4 towers in the Teller County area. hth
