A few threads ago a nurse I think told us about a chemical used in hospitals to obliterate blood. Could that be how the townhouse and the truck gave up confusing results? A nurse would know how to get her hands on such a substance.....

in general I agreerespectfully for sure. However:
PF let him think he and KB were broken up...PF told him he didn't know KB was pregnant until she went into labor....PF told him he had picks of KB leaving lil K in the car at a liquor store...said he knew mob men. I:m sure PF was "closer" to him than other people..or made him feel they were..but like everthign else with PF..all was not as it seemed.

I’m glad to see you are trying to catch up / I will say this - we didn’t have what we have now without her testimony - others will have their own opinions but I truly believe this was a necessary evil to allow the DA to build what now seems to be a slam dunk case - I’ve followed many trials and cases that never get to that point - it sure looks easy now but It really wasn’t IMO- let me just end with two words - Casey Anthony - and that one had a body

I came to my conclusion without adding in anything KK had to say. And yes, I remember CA.

Friend testifies Frazee said, ‘I figured out a way to kill her’

During one of their trips down to Westcliffe to take care of cattle there in December 2018, Frazee mentioned to Moore than Berreth’s blood could be on him. He said she had a nosebleed and put her head in his lap, so he got blood on his pants, shirt and boots.

“Do you think they’ll be able to find any of that even though it’s all been washed?” Frazee asked, according to Moore.

We did debate this quite a lot - In some states the baby must take the Mother’s last name until the birth certificate (my state) since we don’t have the baby’s birth certificate we don’t know but it’s not surprising that he would name her that regardless if that’s her legal name or not IMO

Oh, wow, I thought all along her last name was Berreth.

I have no idea what baby K's legal name is or how the birth certificate filled out but I can confirm that PF and KB's daughter is referenced as "KB" in the Feb 2019 Civil action filed against PF by CB & DB in Colorado US District Court.

On Dec. 20, Moore said he had another conversation with Frazee, in which Frazee expressed shock that Berreth’s disappearance had attracted national attention.

“Then he said, ‘Man, if I had known it was going to blow up this big I never would have…’” Moore said. “Then he trailed off.”

Moore said he contacted both Frazee’s attorney and the police about the call.

Sounds like a wonderful grandma. What in the heck did she file custody for and just who would take care of the baby now that her father is behind bars forever, or rather will be, and her mother is deceased? That scares me, just the thoughts of Kelsey's precious baby being in that family's custody.

Oh please don't send that monster to a hospital ! He's likely to project the narcissistic rage he feels toward KK at the nurses caring for him. OR, conjure up his "charming" self and sweet talk them and suck them into his twisted world, the devil that he is. I swear he could do it. We KNOW he can do it!

Just leave him in his cell with a bottle of Tums and a bed sheet. And, maybe a Starbucks laced with some magic mushrooms just for fun

I like that as he had to know the story wasn't going away and perhaps he did and said more stupid things that will come back to bite him in this trial.

They also tested Frazee’s truck – which Kenney said he used to transport the plastic box containing Berreth’s body – but could not get any results because the entire truck was coated with dust that interfered with the testing chemical.

Imagine their further distress knowing ANOTHER person knew PF spoke of killing Kelsey and didn't report it.

That would be one of the worst parts for me. Sadness would crush me if I learned that while my daughter was unknowingly living the last weeks of her life, people were casually discussing her murder:

"So... are we going with the poison coffee then? Well, she didn't drink it.. so.. The metal pipe? The bat? ect...

These people have no souls. That is ice cold.
