Thank you for that. This deal makes me sick. I, for one, am not impressed with these prosecutors. Good police work is where the credit lies. Any half way decent prosecutors could try this case exactly the same way. That they jumped too quickly and gave away too much to get KKs story is shameful. The defense is right about all of the possible charges she could have faced and that was a lot to squeeze her with and they blew it.

I must respectfully disagree with you on this.

I despise KK's involvement as much as you. Is she getting what she deserves. Heck NO, and most here will agree. But, while the LE work was excellent on this case, the chance of conviction would not have been certain without the valuable details that KK provided. The prosecution of this case is methodical and impeccably delivered. I cannot comprehend your disdain for the prosecution in this case. There was also a precious little baby in the clutches of evil that needed to be rescued ASAP. As a grandmother, I can tell you I KNOW what CB was growing through.

I have nothing but gratitude and praise for the DA and his team. They've nailed his coffin shut, he will NEVER do this to another innocent. KK's deal made that so! JMHO

I'm not familiar with that one (don't really follow much violent crime) but I know it's been done many times.

Here is a pretty good summary of the case. This was one that was quite funny, watching her trying to weasel out of the charges, when she was on video all the time.

That's a great explanation.
It's hard for people to understand how anyone can possibly be manipulated and not recognize the red flags with someone like PF unless they have known or been in a relationship with someone like that themselves.

Fortunately, I’m convinced that the absolute worst case scenario is a hung jury.

With how strong the case is, and based in part on the questions the jury asked of KK (they were focused on the things that mattered), I think they’ll end up nailing his to the wall.

The smart money is on a guilty verdict, first time 'round. MOO

Yes, well, I'm sure if PF would have asked Kelsey to do anything like what he asked KK to do she would have ditched him fast and gone to police.
She didn't get the chance to see his true colors because they didn't know each other very long.

I think she may have been starting to see him for who he really was. Too bad she didn't get the chance to get away from him and live a happy life with her child.

Frazee was not about to let that happen, though.
