Honestly I know we’ve discussed the lawyers and her friend (KK) and of course her knowledge and it’s not a crime to Not report but jeez - who else did he tell that didn’t feel compelled to contact LE? Everyone else on that list? (5 people to care for the baby and KB isn’t listed) from the warrant

JM said he's known PF since around age 13. That would be adolescence to adulthood. I'm pretty confident that PF has been maligning women to JM for 20+ years. I don't think PF's comments to JM would be unusual for PF except for this time PF was sprinkling in hints of a motive with his conversation. He wanted full custody of baby K, and this was something he needed to kill KB for.

No walking here -- JM should have run to LE with those notes.

More important -- he could have called SF2 and said PF's talking crazy ....

Under oath, he's told the damning truth, so I guess there's that.

I don't recall anything about his cross. Did defense have any questions of him?

By the end of last night -- I realized that even if the consumptive testing could only confirm this a human tooth, and no DNA available, logic should prevail with the jurors.

Guessing is not necessary to know who's tooth was found in the scorched earth where KB's body and rubbish bags from her condo clean-up burned, allegedly.

Yeah, my question was if they could determine it was a human tooth. If it is, then it’s gotta be Kelsey’s.

They stated it was in fact human, so that’s that.

A human tooth has no business being outside on their property, let alone in the very location where Kelsey was allegedly burned.

DNA really doesn’t matter, but it sure would be gravy on top.

Yeah, that story is absolutely absurd. You stop a nose bleed, you don’t rest your head in someone’s lap and get blood everywhere.

One of the earliest findings in getting dna from teeth involved identifying gender of victim.
The scientists can usually get that pretty easily.
that would eleminate a male, a dog or cow.

As for KK, I peg her for a jailhouse lover, MOO she'll be among the first, once her sentence is over, to reconnect with PF, for "closure" she'll tell herself.

I've had this same thought. Many times. She may wait a little bit, to milk the 'battered (ish) woman turned hero" bs, but yeah. I'd bet the Franch she reconects with her, "best friend".

She's going to feel bad for turning on him. So. Very. Misguided. Never any thought to protect KB or the baby. She said it somewhere, he was her best friend. What pray tell is her criteria? Walking upright?

Imo that's exactly why she is crying now. If she didn't cry when she walked into Kelsey's condo that day, she sure as hell isn't crying with remorse now.

The prosecution has covered up to the fire, both just before and just after.

If SF is going to testify, it’s gotta be very soon. If she doesn’t testify come Tuesday, then I don’t think it’s going to happen.

We’re still waiting on expert witnesses to discuss the blood and other physical evidence, and hopefully people to testify in regards to what was found on the Frazee devices.

A few more bombshells, the defense flopping around like a dying fish, and PF should should find himself a convicted murderer by Thanksgiving.

BTW- in one Arrest Warrant I see LE took a checkbook from her home entitled "Estate of
Richard Frazee", so that would mean either she
or PF is executor of his estate. May be why the

Keep in mind that the defense said on the opening statement iirc that he didn't do it, and it didn't happen at the condo? Soooo, where is the follow up to that with KKL on cross or anyone else? On cross, they are allowed greater latitude on questions (e.g. leading questions)... so all is falling flat.

The defense is not up. The prosecution is presenting their case. The defense is allowed to ask simple questions of clarification, but there has been no "cross-examination yet. How many simple questions of clarification did Adam Steigerwald rapid fire at KK in a very short time? Three dozen or so? He clearly doesn't believe a word that she said, and his turn to examine her story in depth is still coming. IMO

Goes to other cases where the judge has slammed the defense for stating a defense or information in the opening statements that they had no intention of bringing up.

Still listening for any crumb of what their alternative to PF is going to be.

Well after he bashed her with the Bat I'm sure it did. Maybe he did try holding her in his lap, to restrain,or smother her. After the first one,or two strikes didn't work. I do believe she tried to escape him,and the blows. There must have been a mighty struggle for her to survive and him to finish.

In Richard Craft's (the "woodchipper") murder case in CT of his wife Helle - many years ago - a forensic dentist identified a tooth fragment as positively being hers by matching it with an x-ray.

Just imagine what they can do today (as Enelram's post indicates.)

(P.S. Crafts is either out of jail now, or will be in just months. )

Yes, he was just asking for his friends opinion as to whether the blood could still be detected after his clothes were washed.
He must know the answer by now if he knows what evidence LE has.
