If the jury is just as mystified as I am, that's reasonable doubt. Then what? There's also the element of the unknown male DNA found in the bathroom. A bathroom KK testified she barely entered yet chemical testing showed blood in multiple locations had been cleaned up.

I believe this jury would be greatly insulted at any suggestion they are mystified about this case on this very date.

However, I agree that you must be mystified as you forget again that there was both unidentified male AND female DNA found in the bathroom.

Nonetheless, DNA is not direct evidence, and whether or not additional DNA is obtained from the hay bale or tooth is certainly not going to prevent the jury from reaching a verdict.

Well it wasn't much of a secret when he's discussing with others how he wants to get rid of her, be done with her, what an abusive mother she was, she was an alcoholic, she was bi-polar (that's a new one to me today, anyone else?).

Where do you get that I think PF wasn't involved? I think he was very much involved but in what way, I still don't know. According to KK, his murder strategy went from prescription drug overdose by KK at a time when the baby wasn't around to a violent bludgeoning by PF with the baby in the next room and KB begging for her life. That is a very dramatic, sensational escalation which certainly doesn't fit PF's boasted "no body, no crime" strategy.

This case reminds me very much of Cari Farver, whose body has never been found. LE investigated for several years, finally found ample blood evidence in a vehicle and then they made the arrest. DNA testing should be done on the hay bale and the tooth because it would be tangible forensic evidence that KB is dead and PF is involved.

When did KK say PF wanted KK to drug KB when Baby K wasn't around? I don't recall KK testifying to that or that she made sure PF had Baby K when she left her aunt in the car and delivered a cup of coffee to KB at the condo.

When did KK testify that she 'barely entered' the bathroom? I thought she testified the complete opposite.

Been waiting for someone to say this. I think she had an abortion the first time because of statements like that and refused to get one the second time. Then he was done with her. All IMO.

I truly hope PF is put in general population in prison-even though I know they aren’t probably 100% reality, I’ve watched some of the “60 days in” shows and prisoners do not react well to loner/quiet types ( being suspicious of them). Would to see PF’s transition into general population-have a feeling he might get a taste of how he treated his animals/the women in his life.

a friend of mine was murdered slowly over a few hours with beatings round the head with a tyre iron. so very cruel.
her murderer pled out for manslaughter 10 years. money talks where I live.

someone else I know died from falling over drunk on a rock head first. one simple accidental blow.

It makes me wonder if this fool has done this before, but then I think about all the comments he made about poor Kelsey and think, nah, he can't keep his mouth shut.

Then again, as @MassGuy said, she had a permanent bond with Kelsey- their daughter. I just bet Krystal is probably now grateful that he didn't want her child, or it might have been her in that tote instead.

I would bet money she was going to be next and he was already planning it. She was a huge liability to him once the murder happened. I kind of wonder what he had on her that she was willing to keep driving all that way to murder KB and then to clean it all up for PF.

I couldn't bear to hear the things he is hearing. My heart would break. I pray for them. KBs mom, I can't think of without tears.

Surely, friends, family, church family are with him. Week two of tremendous stress can take a toll medically.

I am waiting for PF to break down and become critically ill.
Burst ulcer due to the stress he is under, bleeding internally continually.
No one is interested in checking his Haemoglobin, or keeping an eye, on his Faeces for blood.
Let us see.

RS did state PF was vomiting, and had diarrhoea the night before Thanksgiving, and Kelsey provided medication.
