When she heard he killed Kelsey, she could have immediately called the police and that would end her fears. imo
Her friends will probably stick with her, though.
Wow. With a friend like her, who needs enemies? SMH.

CB I think has said in an interview that KB went to treatment for a “mineral deficiency.” I think that was the phrase she used, but I don’t have a link.
^^sbm

And mineral deficiency contributes to fatigue-- which she sought treatment for.

Ha! There are actually photos of him wearing flannel on what seems to be a regular basis.

Grey t-shirt and jeans are just his murder clothes maybe.

Well now, that bolded comment has me worried over here. 17 gray shirts- 17 murders? Or 17 attempts?

I originally thought of him as half-wit.....but upon further review, that would be giving him way to much brain power.
Dim as in dimwit!:)

Do we know if she had a substance abuse problem and or was in a rehab?

I just find that so hard to believe of a woman who has a one year old child, a good job, new move, ect..

How did she acomplish, all these things while using? Surely she had pre-natal check ups, and then the investigation by Cps after the birth, Where is this claim that she was in a rehab program coming from?

I must've missed something. I don't recall her being a substance abuser, and didn't she buy wine or Champagne the day she was killed?

That was all a bunch of lies about KB from PF. KB didn't drink alcohol at all as far as I can tell (probably due to her religious beliefs MOO). One of her co-workers testified that she never drank any alcohol when they went out to eat with her. She bought sparkling champagne for Thanksgiving-- in other words non-alcoholic champagne. Plus, she could not have kept her job as a pilot/flight instructor if she had a drug and alcohol problem. They do drug tests at her work.

Which jives with RS who said, paraphrased "you need to look at the guy at Doss she was dating"

SMDarnH
I'm sure investigators checked him out too. SMH RS at it again. Makes me wonder just how involved he is. MOO

No, she didn't have a problem with substance abuse or alcohol.
PF just told everybody she did. It was just part of the lies he told to prove she was an unfit mother.

He basically described her as an irresponsible and abusive alcoholic with mental health issues.

Imo

THIS. He sure could take the stand and clarify a lot of things.
He could take the stand and bury himself.

He won’t though; he’s buried deep enough.

Curious to see if they move him out of state for prison like Watts. I’m just getting out of the Midwest right now. Darn cold up there. Assuming he is a “Colorado Native” , I am hoping he is banished somewhere with harsh , overcast winters (even though he won’t see much daylight anyway). He doesn’t deserve the favorable Colorado climate, even in jail. Jmo

PF pushed this “alcoholic in rehab” claim to anyone who would listen. Numerous witness testified to this, and its a complete lie.

Not only is there no evidence Kelsey had a drinking problem, but the facility she checked into didn’t treat substance abuse.
AND her co-worker testified that she didn't even drink when they were out!

I doubt it. CW was the focus of a hell of a lot more attention, and also killed his two little daughters.

He’d be in more jeopardy than PF. What he did was incredibly cruel, but it’s not like this sort of thing is really uncommon occurrence.

There’s lots of people like him behind bars.

Wishful thinking.

Coworkers describe Kelsey as a loving mother, not an alcoholic

During the conversation, Frazee asked if she knew anyone who could take care of his daughter Kaylee, according to Banks.

How interesting that he's asking someone he doesn't know, from Kelsey's job, if she knew of anyone who could take care of his daughter?

So what is all this damn fuss of him filing for custody, and MaF filing for custody after he was arrested, yet he's asking this lady for help with child care, obviously?

or did he say that to make Kelsey look bad in front of her employers, in other words, she took off on her own, is unstable, and now he's stuck with child care concerns?

Yet good ole MaF filed for custody of Baby K right after he was arrested. gggrrrrrrrr

Well, yesterday we got resolved about the ranch hands and the fire.
Now today we try to resolve if kb's life insurance was still in effect or not... my poor brain!
So was there a 30 day grace period or are we just stuck in the Land of the Unknown again. And we hate that land!

From the lunch report at KOAA that I posted both up-thread and media, I don't believe there was a Group life insurance policy in effect for KB.

The company was under new ownership and the policy most likely was "replaced" which occurs when in connection with a sale (i.e., replacement insurance).

By not completing the enrollment information (testified by HR Admin), KB essentially opted out of effective coverage. MOO

Might as well 'go for broke' now...

I really don't think he will...but I have said that before in other trials and some did. You never know.
