The last sighting of Kelsey was on video per admin of the missing facebook page.
Cannot find this on the page. Did it mention Safeway still as place?

Admin just said last sighting was on video.

I would assume the video they are talking about is the Safeway video.

A big ambiguous. Even a commenter asked them to give more details. She was seen on video could mean surveillance camera from a neighbor. All jmo.

Per admin of the missing facebook page, Kelsey had her child with her on Thanksgiving and she also talked to her mom that day.

Mom reported her missing on December 2nd.

On the GMA segment, they said that she has no ties to Idaho and that she was last seen at Safeway.

In a missing poster on FB it says that she has family in Idaho. <modsnip - disucssing family SM>

In a missing poster on FB it says that she has family in Idaho. The brother has reposted that poster so I'm assuming he agrees with the content.

She has family in Washington

She has family in Washington
The poster says she has family in both.

This case reminds me of another case I was following on here a couple of years ago, where the family wanted people's help to find the person but they also didn't want to reveal any of the circumstances around the disappearance. It's a tricky one, because I suppose what they are hoping and believing is that she is fine and has chosen to go on the run, ie missing voluntarily. But if that's the case, then she doesn't want to be found, and even locating her won't necessarily solve the problem. If they believe she is in danger then it seems unwise to be defensive about the circumstances.

Anyone else feeling this? <modsnip>

Hoping Kelsey is safe and well and, if she wants to be found, then she is found. If there is a reason why she does not want to be found, or does not feel safe, then I hope she remains hidden.

I am not a ghost, I did submit to be verified, and we have been asked to be silent. With that said, moderator we ask that those who are making negative comments about Kelsey please remove them. Most know that rule number one in an investigation is to keep what you know quiet, so please don't bash us.

Hopefully you can become an insider because this case is baffling.

Search for missing Colorado mother intensifies

The search for a young Colorado mother who vanished on Thanksgiving Day is intensifying with local police enlisting help from law enforcement nationwide and worried loved ones asking for prayers that she be found safely.

Kelsey Berreth, 29, a pilot and the mother of a 1-year-old girl, was last seen at a Safeway supermarket on Thanksgiving near her home in Woodland Park, police said.

After she disappeared, Berreth's cell phone pinged in Gooding, Idaho, more than 700 miles from where she vanished, Cmdr. Chris Adams of the Woodland Park Police Department told ABC News' "Good Morning America" on Sunday.

The number one rule is to keep what you know quiet is when there is evidence of foul play. If you are trying to find someone then it depends. With a missing person it is important to know if the missing person is being treated for any mental illness diagnosis or even something like epilepsy since the medications for some non-mental illnesses have side effects in the mental health area as just one example. Also, if Kelsey suffers from PTSD it would help to know. If there is any use of illegal drugs that also helps to know.

Also, missing information such as how it is that Kelsey had her child on the last day she was allegedly seen (November 22nd) but yet the father of the child has the child afterward. Is it known how that came about and more importantly when? Because in the absence of having an answer it leaves three possibilities, The first is that either Kelsey took her child to the father or the father came and picked up the child which means there is a later contact with Kelsey at a known place and time. The second is that Kelsey took her child to someone else, like a common friend or that person came and got the child which gives a last location and time and changes the complexion of this case. The third is that Kelsey was gone and the child found alone which changes the complexion of this case.

This all becomes important when trying to fit in how it is her phone pings in Gooding, Idaho.

Exactly this. I don't understand why the police would ask the family to keep quiet about the circumstances of someone's disappearance to the extent that they aren't saying where she actually went missing from or what time, or where she was last seen, or who saw her. Someone with LE knowledge got insight into that?

Aside from anything else, who is meant to be keeping an eye out for her? Apart from 'everyone'? Is there any greater guidance on where they think she might be headed? Surely detail helps to narrow down search parameters?

I'm not sure I've read anyone on here saying bad things about Kelsey.

It makes it even harder because we have very little info to go on.

Who last saw her? People at Safeway? Neighbor? Etc.

Admin also said she does not own a plane but there was an article that mentioned that she left her two cars and a small plane where she parked them.

I’m glad you did submit for verification. Thank you for trying to help us here to understand something that is obviously painful for you. There are some pretty good sleuthers on this sight who have the best intentions. Hoping Kelsey is safe and found soon.
