Her mom asked LE for a welfare check on Nov 25th. When there was no sign of her from the welfare check I'm guessing her mom contacted PF (fiancé). The big question is who sent the text message from KB to her work?

There are legal, procedural, and practical concerns that are taken in to account before LE names someone as a suspect.
This does not mean that they are not treating the fiancé as a suspect at this point though.
It was pretty clear during that press conference that they are looking closely at this guy.
They may not be saying it, but their actions may be indicative of this.
Now that is some good devious thinking.....I wonder if the FBI is involved? I wonder if I send a phone in the mail to Idaho, then when it gets there (still in the post office), and call the phone number (at night when the post office is closed) will it ping its location? Then the post office sends the package back due to incorrect address. Is that a possible scenario?
That would mean that the phone would have been
Any thoughts on why her mother waited until December 2nd at 12:37pm to make the missing persons report if she was already calling around looking for her 1 week prior?

Kelsey's phone may have texted that she is taking a week off from work, but it may not have been Kelsey doing the texting.
Fiance received text from Kelsey's cell 11/25. The same day Kelsey's cell texted her job saying she would be out for the following week. 11/25 was when cell first pinged in Gooding, Idaho.
Yeah. I’ve seen this type of thing too many times to believe that it was anything other than intentional.Yes, I thought this as well when I watched the presser. The way the sheriff answered the question regarding the fiance cooperating... I noticed it in his tone and facial expression...
We can start one. I'm a bit confused so this isn't necessarily correct - please make corrections, anyone.Good to know - thanks for clarifying. Seems to be a lot of circle talk. We need a good time line posted.

Absolutely. That’s something that is done by phone call, not text.
I’m curious if there was a text chain, or if her employer simply received a text and no further responses from her when/if they inquired as to why she needed that much time off.
What were her plans for Thanksgiving evening and night ?So many questions.
One is: what were Kelsey's plans for Thanksgiving?

Welcome to Websleuths.Forgive me if this info is posted elsewhere. I have been through previous posts but didn't see any detailed info regarding these questions.
1.) How long has Kelsey been on her flight instructor job?
2.) Did she normally text work when she wouldn't be in?
Thank you in advance for any input you can provide.
