Thank you scorekeeper. About time too. Kim is the only one of the cases I follow where I have some vague hopes the mp may be found, alive and well. I really hope so.

Yes. I don't know if I should do it though - I'm english, living in Germany and have a real name that makes people hang up on me as a joker. Maybe UID could help us out, as they know the form?

Arvada PD has a detective assigned to Kim. Since Arvada is in Jeffco I would think Jeffco is aware of missing persons from Jeffco?

Margarita25, I think that is a great idea! I don't want to disagree with spamelope but she's been gone for seven months now without a trace ( look at the comments under this link here) and really needs to be located.

If she has taken off on her own, no harm done. If she has not.......she still needs to come home. I can draft something with GrainneDhu, who was an online friend of Kim's through horse welfare, but I'm afraid I am not a fber either. But if we could do the draft and you could pass it on - any chance of progress after 7 months would be fantastic.

Great idea, margarita! But I don't know if it should be done without knowing if she just moved because she decided one day she wanted a change of scenery, or if she's really missing. That's where her so called friends and family have done her a disservice. I personally think something went horribly wrong, but without a little more official info, I'm not sure the big guns should be drawn yet.

I brought the found remains over from another thread, where a few id's were suggested. Maybe I should try and go back and look there? Can't recall where it was, now.

Here are the names we came up with, but I can't find the Skibas anywhere, or Kara Nichols on Namus. Aaron Martin is a Texas case, as far as I can see?

Okay, on Kim's page at NamUs, there is the mention of this under circumstances:

"Mount Galbraith Park - Jefferson County, CO - Golden, CO - on the way to Golden Gate Canyon State Park and White Ranch Park open space
Parking lot and area around Peru Creek area near Keystone http://grindmtn.com/colorado-trails/peru-creek-trail-dillon-colorado
Went hiking here with Dakota and where she buried him. There is a small turnoff on the left and you can drive up the dirt road for a while with 2 wheel drive. Not sure of where abouts Dakota was buried, but my guess is that it wouldn't be that far up."

Amy Ahonen's ( www.findamy.org ) car was found 3.18 miles away:

"Her car was found unlocked along Clear Creek and with her belongings inside on the Highway 6 West corridor at mile marker 264, between Golden, Colo. and I-70."

Also, "Ahonen was last seen July 8, 2011, by her Denver roommate. It’s thought Ahonen, a single woman, was going to go hiking in in Clear Creek Canyon west of Golden" :

ETA: I clicked on her photos button even though it was clear there's nothing there. Then I clicked on albums - it says, "Profile Photos: 132 photos" and "Timeline Photos: 5 photos". Both albums are empty though, and it says that the albums were updated last "about 7 months ago". For whatever it's worth.
