She's due back in court on Monday, but I'm not expecting to hear anything unless there's been significant progress. These must be really short hearings with so many people listed in the same court.

Monday, June 17th:
*Extradition Hearing (@ 10am UK) – UK/CO – Ellianna “Ellie” (9) & Aden (7) Wentz found dead & 11 year old girl injured on Dec. 19, 2023 at the Palomino Ranch Point Apts on Palomino Point near Tutt & Stetson Hills in Colorado Springs. [11 year old released 2 days later & is safe per spokesman, but not with her father] - *Kimberlee Singler (35) “mother” wanted for murder of 2 of her children & when arrested will be charged (12/26/23) with 4 counts of 1st degree murder (F1), 2 counts of Criminal attempted murder in the 1st degree (F2), 2 counts of child abuse (F2), 1 count of child abuse (F3) & 1 count of 1st degree assault (F3). $10M Bond. Police are searching for her after authorities received a report of a burglary at the apartment. Taken into custody 12/30/23 in Kensington in west London in the U.K. Awaiting extradition.

3/29/24 Update: UK: Next extradition hearing on 5/20/24 @ 10am.
5/23/24 Update: Child custody: Singler was scheduled to be in El Paso County Court Thursday, 5/23/24. Singler’s court dates have been previously pushed back, due to her being in the U.K. The DA’s office said after the hearing, which was closed to the public, that Singler’s extradition was “ongoing,” meaning she’s still in the U.K. The federal government has taken over the involvement in Singler being sent back to the U.S. However, the DA will be taking over her criminal case once she’s back. They had no part in today’s case, which was a domestic-civil case. It could take months or even up to a year to see Singler extradited from London to Colorado. Next hearing on 6/3/24 @ 8:30am. 6/3/24 Update: Child custody hearing reset on 8/30/24 @ 8:30am.
5/20/24 Update: UK: Next extradition hearing on 6/17/24 @ 10am.

This is just the slowest moving case.
Her atrocities so outrageous, but so little action or public commentary.

It appears Kimberlee Singler's strategic move to hop on a plane and flee the US has served her well. It's now been over seven months and Extradition Hearing's continue. Maddening that justice can be hijacked in this way.
