She said law enforcement obtained a search warrant for the Westminster apartment Tuesday and taped it off for a while to "preserve the scene for evidence."
"But it was five days later," she said. "I'm afraid they waited too long. I'm not saying this boy did anything, (but he was the last one to see her)." Police impounded two vehicles from the apartment, and later returned one, Jackson said.
