Just found this thread tonight and read it from beginning to end. As I did, I realized how angry I was getting at Waide who took such horrible advantage of a young lady he knew was completely vulnerable at the time and trusted him enough to go to him seeking comfort. Poor Lea and her family.

I wonder who and when she was supposed to meet up with after spending some time with Waide?
Her boyfriend says that she wasn't friends with Waide per say. Well, there has been no telephone activity or media
activity since June 3rd., and she was announced missing on June 5th.
Did she also see the friend her boyfriend talks about in the article? Or was she missing before then?
Did the "friend" wonder where she was? It seems that there is a bit of missing information that was brought to light
in this article.

Where Lea's boyfriend mentions that Lea was only at Waide's to pass the time until meeting another friend.

So, I am puzzled as to who this other person is, and how Lea was communicating with this other person if she didn't talk to them
or message them on the phone, or use social media for communication since June 3rd.

Very sad and strange case!

Lea's mother has decided to close the Help Find Lea Porter Facebook page. And from the response has decided to leave it up. But the last sentence in the latest post still says down in 14 days. Hmm... I hope the last sentence is just an oversight.

I am disgusted that that has never divulged where Lea is. He has done the worst and murdered this beautiful girl, the least he could do is tell investigators what he did with her. There should be a special penalty for not allowing the family to inter remains.

These are the last three timestamps from Lea's phone on June 4, the day after she was murdered by Christopher Waide.
Her telephone, along with a few other items of Lea's were in route to the Commerce City landfill on Tower Road.
Lea was not there. I was told that they were confident that Lea was not there.
I have so much anger about the way this case has been handled from the beginning. If it weren't for their partial success in threatening me, I would say much more.
All I know is that Lea is not at that landfill, and there were no further police searches.
To the Waide family, if you have any knowledge of where Christopher took Lea, I would ask you this;
is protecting an Evil Sociopath worth going to Hell for?
