• Maria Espinoza, 34, Alamosa, was cited for possessing a controlled substance, first-degree introduction of contraband and first-degree possession of contraband at the 6600 block of North River Road. A blue pipe and 1.38 grams of suspected meth were recovered from Espinoza.
