*Motions Hearing (@ 9:30am MT) – CO – Baby “X” (1 month) left on median near 7490 Pecos Street wearing only a diaper in a car seat in Denver on Dec. 25, 2024. Baby also tested positive for cocaine. *Christina Thurman (33/now 34) arrested (12/25/24) & charged (12/30/24) child abuse knowingly/recklessly no injury & reckless endangerment. Held on $50K bond. Released (12/30/24) posted bond. Adams County
Trial was set to begin on 7/31/25 continued on 11/6/25.

That's^^^ disgusting. He gets mad at his girlfriend, so he places a near naked newborn baby out on the street, iOn Christmas Day---in the cold, all alone, and THEY BOTH WALK AWAY FROM THE BABY.

And the baby has coke in his system. And the guy gets a deferred sentence---meaning he got NO punishment? He gets to walk away by just taking some dumb classes?

He needs classes to teach him not to abandon a newborn baby out in the cold alone on Christmas Day?
