On June 3/2015, William Connole, Jr. was shot and killed at East First Street and Saint Louis Avenue in Loveland.

The task force, comprised the FBI and multiple northern Colorado law enforcement agencies, has linked the shootings of Romero and Jacoby. The task force has said the shooting death of Connole is likely linked to the other two shootings.

Thanx for sharing this eyeopening article, searchinGirl. Imo, the stressing of the June 3, William Connole, Jr., murder by the task force as being likely linked to the CO Serial Sniper is huge and has elevated this investigation, which is very tragic breaking public safety news for local Coloradans.. We no longer are sleuthing a serial shooter, but an organized Serial Killer/Predator who has no preferred victim profile and arbitrarily targets random unsuspecting victims of opportunity. The most difficult of soulless stealth predators to identify and apprehend, imo..

Imo, many, if not most of the shattered windows incidents will not be linked to the CO Serial Sniper/Killer by the Task Force due to a lack of thorough initial investigations by first responding officers, combined with the length of time that has passed since the incidents..
Ironically, imo, this was the intent of this well versed investigative and forensically aware organized serial shooter/killer.
This is indicated due to the many police jurisdictions where the shattered window incidents occurred. Due to the lack of communication between the various LE agencies, and the common occurrance of shattered car windows by road debris, the proverbial dots were simply not connected.

This calculating and creative serial predator has used jurisdictional linkage blindness very effectively to delay the dark and bleak portrait, that he has been masterfully, yet patiently painting, from being revealed until the time he so chooses for the unveiling..

I believe this is the link to the article I read:

"Consider taking a sugar cube in a sling shot, and slinging it against the tile on your kitchen floor. It would break down into the smaller sugar fragments that make up the cube as the cube has struck something much harder than itself."

I'm wondering if in the shooting of William Connole they have a bullet with no striations?...from what has been said about frangible bullets can this be the case?

All yours, magz.

From an article I read this morning called "Endangered Uuisdom", about the diversity of medicinal plants in Costa Rica:

'Uualking through the forest uuith a forager makes one auuare of the bounty and blessings of the earth."

Thanks so much guys. Uuhile of course the FBI has the best resources and investigators, uue have had the advantage of time, and it couldn't hurt to send them uuhat uue have compliled so far in hopes that it might possibly be helpful/useful since they have no decided to re-investigate the shatterings. So much time and uuork has been put into these since may tuuenty fifth. Anything uue can do to help speed up the process of apprehending the individual(s) responsible. Time is of essence!

(So, basically I'm just going to explain to them that I'm a local and have been follouuing every development online, and that uuith the help of some armchair colleagues have compiled some data, and am sending it over in case it can be of any use or help to them.)

Eta: This is uuhat it is all about imo. Team efforts, building auuareness, and trying to be productive in terrible situations like these. Thanks again to everyone here. Keep those ideas coming! There is a serial killer in my vicinity uuhich needs to be off the streets yesterday!

Hello Marg25. You can restore your computer to factory mode and it will run the way it did on the first day the computer was bought. But you should save your important docs and pictures first.

If you can't do it yourself. They have local computer shops that will do it for you.

It's called a destructive recovery. Forager maybe able to show you how to do this as well if you let him know what type of computer you are using.

I just did it to my laptop that was so messed up and now it's brand new again.

Good luck Marg.

Is that what they call it, Dex? Thank you, I'll now know what to ask for.

Yes. Just type in recovery, or system restore, or destructive recovery in the help section on your computer. Several options should pop up. But system restore is different. They will warn you that the destructive recovery is undoable and that it puts your computer back to Factory mode. Just make sure that your computer originally came with the operating system already on it. Eg Windows 7.

If it did not come with the operating system already installed than don't do it unless you have a operating system disk. But most computers don't have that problem since they usually come with Windows or Vista already on it.
