The 8th Judicial District Court judge overseeing the felony murder case against Christopher Parker will make her ruling on if probable cause exists for the charges against him Wednesday [11/2/22].

Parker, 39, has undergone a multi-day preliminary hearing over the last several weeks for the two charges against him for his alleged connection to the 2015 shooting and killing of William Connole and attempted murder of another person.

Attorneys finished off the final preliminary hearing Monday morning, bringing forward two people for testimony before making their final arguments.
