Mr. Hall had been missing for one week prior to the report. According to his mother, Hall had been going through a divorce and was very depressed. He has been known to abuse drugs and alcohol, and had spoken of suicide. None of Hall's personal possessions are known to be missing. Mr. Hall may be armed and has previous arrests on weapon charges.
