Yea Nnglas, It sounded like Geragross thought the Feds would have a host of charges to pick from.

I sure hope the farmer whose wheat field was ruined will file a lawsuit, that is if it is proven to be a hoax. You never know with a guy like this. He might just come out smelling like a rose after he has served his time and goes back to producing some reality science show. He could possibly end up with money down the road to pay for the fines and suits he might face. Just thinkin'.

Those kids are freaking wild. I wonder how much trouble they get into at school and can't you just see Heene down at the school ripping administrators a new one when they do.

I just want to point out something that makes me VERY nervous with the circumstances and all... The Heene boys are homeschooled!!

ALL THEY HAVE INFLUENCING THEM ARE THESE PARENTS. You know, the ones that have taught them it's okay to lie and cuss. Combine that with the fact that Falcon "outed" Dad on this and now criminal charges are pending. Plus, Richard Heene's temper... gosh does anyone else get very nervous thinking about the well being of these children besides me???? Yikes.

They are looking into federal charges. After all they closed Denver airport, got the air force and coast guard involved as well as the FAA, and the countless police resources, and media resources. This probably cost at least a million dollars or more, so I imagine there WILL be federal charges pressed, its just a matter of what and when, not a question as to if.

I also see these kids being placed in foster care, or outside family care. I don't see this ending good!

nursie, my husband said it costs probably just a little over a seven hundred dollars to just turn the key to fire up that blackhawk (that's his lowest estimate). We aren't talking about getting it up in the air, we aren't talking about the man power it takes....etc. At least about 700 bucks to sit in the seat and turn the key to fire it up.

(OT my husband spent nine years in a combat aviation BDE).
