I am certainly glad to hear that! Those kids need to get out of that household or they will be growing up to be criminals and possibly doing something far worse than a "balloon hoax". MOO

Okay, I see them acting up now. Wolf's voice is just too loud over their kids, for me, to figure out what the brothers are saying.

The reporter stated that the police used trickery to bring RH in to the station, by telling him he could come in and pick up what was left of the balloon.
Had to rewind the show a bit.
