Actually, this is only proof that their mortgage company was maintaining the tax bill and, more than likely, the insurance on the house. The mortgage company has the primary vested interest in the property. They had filed for bankruptcy in 2015 and I think they were going to loose the house. It takes a long time (years) for this process to come to fruition and most people just stay in the houses until the mortgager actually takes it. Although their bankruptcy was closed, that does not take care of the lien that the mortgage company had on the house. The mortgage company can file a foreclosure for nonpayment. Does anyone have access to foreclosure proceedings to make this determination? Their mortgage was apparently a very real problem IMOO.

Thanks. Fortunately, I've never faced a foreclosure on any of the homes I've owned. I can't understand how they were able to even qualify for a loan of this size to begin with.

If you recall, at first he said he had killed them. So taking everything into account, the initial report was three bodies were found, two in oil reservoirs with the father/husband confessing to the three murders.

Then the story slowly began to change afterwards. Once he saw all the heat on him, he could have very easily decided saving her image was not sacrificing his freedom (if we are assuming innocence until proven guilty).
He never took blame for killing the girls. First he said he didn't know where everyone went, then when LE cornered him he only took responsibility for SW's death.

Don't get me wrong. Simply because I propose an alternative theory does not make it the most likely or viable. But to write it off incessantly is simply close minded as well. In the end, it will surely be interesting to have the true facts of this case finally presented.

Isn't that funny, in this day and age, that someone would refer to a woman as "wearing the pants" in a family. Who would say that?

LOL,I still hear people say it.....:)

Maybe it goes by areas of the country?

I just want to clear up that trying to come up with theories of why CW did this does not mean that I (or others, but I can only speak for myself) think it is actually a justification of murder. Even if CW'S story were true, which I don't think it is, he is still not justified in killing SW.

. . .I took a screenshot of the pic and drew a circle in red. What is in the corner of wall behind CW? I circled the thing in question.

Motion detector for security system?

Yes, it is and appears to be wireless. These are very common now.

images

Curious what the tattoo image is of and what the significance is to him on the design.

No. He never said he killed all of them. That is not true.

I agree and I thought that this kind of predatory lending stopped after the GFC.

I stand corrected. I am not sure what prompted me to misstate that fact. My apologies to all.

I believe he qualified when he was making the big bucks; something like $140K. It is interesting that she was not originally included in the purchase but added later. When their income took a dive, they should have dumped this unaffordable house. However, that would not fit the image that needed to be projected. Today's young people want now what it took their parents a lifetime to achiever.
MOO

No. That is not in the affidavit. And it 100% would be if true. Not 95% would be. 100% would be.

My suspicion is that the affair started after June 25-26, 2018 and while SW was away in NC with the girls for 6 weeks. There are photos on SW's face book page up until and including those dates where CW is looking tanned, relaxed, affectionate with SW and smiling seemingly enjoying the get a ways with SW that they took together for the Thrive conventions. What young couple wouldn't enjoy those kinds of romantic get a ways to out of State places, even to Toronto and the Caribbean, without their children? It would certainly keep the romance going in the marriage to have alone time away from their young children especially knowing their girls were safe and in great hands at home with family or trusted babysitter.
I think that CW was a virile man of recent because he was in great shape (by the photos on SM, CW looked to be in the best shape of his life) what with a 6 to 7 mile daily jogging routine (NT confirmed this), going to the gym, eating healthy with meals prepared by SW.
I read posts on SM where he would refer to SW as his "sexy" wife, so that image meant something to CW that his wife portray that to the world and for him as well.
Again, I suspect the affair started while SW was away in NC and the affair intensified during those 6 weeks. CW was likely completely in lust and infatuated with the mistress both romantically and sexually and he did not want to stop seeing her or risk losing her ~ even possibly making plans for a future with the mistress after divorcing SW.
Keep in mind SW told NU that in recent weeks CW was distant, no longer affectionate and she suspected he was having an affair so that leads me to think the affair was a recent event.
Lust is a powerful emotion.

interesting stuff.
cause I haven't done SW's FBk I'd miss all that.

Do you recall the dates where he is saying that ( bolded above) as in was it recent?

I'm personally not sure on timings for this affair starting. All I noticed was that in the Whoops Did it Again, preg video , he doesn't look 100% pleased although he's making a good attempt at pretending.
( You can see him swallow hard as he does in some of the post-crime clips. Also even N Thayer mentioned his old friend did not look overly pleased. )
Of course CW having mixed emotions re her new preg could be for other reasons but it did make me feel that any affair had already started by then.
No idea of the date of that clip - was it May?

Does that make this untrue?

There have been 16 "adverse health events" associated with Thrive reported to the US Food and Drug administration since 2013, including abdominal pain, headaches and fatigue. Three involved hospitalisation.

Oh absolutely not. I’ve been trying to get back to my post to say I answered my own question, that it is. Then Injust kept re-quoting myself in the edit form and couldn’t get it all deleted..... ahhhhh. Whew, back.
Anyway, no absolutely doesn’t make it untrue and doesn’t make it true.
I see many times competitors will put things out there to discredit the other company. Not saying that’s the case here either.
I wanted to read more on both (Thrive and Dr. Holt tonight when I’m sure I won’t be able to sleep again), just to learn. My original post should’ve said that, or better yet, I could’ve just googled for myself LOL!
I’m one that rolls eyes when the news will say, “scientists/researchers/studies now show broccoli (insert whatever here) now causes cancer”. But then I go read.

No way. If he wanted to save his wife’s image, he wouldn’t say she killed the girls.

Good use of logic. Very true. It's a bunch of nonsense.

These things have probably already been covered and I missed them while trying to read all the threads, but a couple of things occurred to me...

Re: Garage door left unlocked regularly.
Could CW be referring to the door into the house from the garage, as opposed to a side door into garage from outside? I can see leaving that interior door unlocked all the time to go in and out with groceries, etc.

Re: If all outside doors and windows were locked, the front door had safety latch engaged, and CW claimed keypad didn't work, then how did he get in after talking to Shanann's friend and racing home? I would think CW used car remote.

JMO

And @isalybra... I am so sorry for your loss and hope you and Shanann's family and friends find the answers to help you begin to heal.

Gitana1,

I corrected myself in an earlier post but this thread is blowing up quick. LOL. As I stated earlier, I was dead wrong and honestly have no idea what made me utilize this false narrative. My apologies for not being diligent.

That may have contributed to how he felt. Another question I have. If it’s determined that CW has a mental illness, does that change how we look at him? Mental illness is out of our control.
He knew and continues to know the difference between right and wrong so no it would not change how I look at him.
