hitting is not effective, you can break the hold by merely putting one hand around one arm and pressure on the elbow and twist.
If you have ever been strangled and pinned down by a strong man your first reaction is to try to get their hands off your neck which is impossible but that's your first instinct and you don't even try to fight with your hands in a more effective way like hitting it's literally trying to pry hands off your own neck.

Not according to his two good friends, that he was staying with. They said his biggest concern seemed to be how we was coming across to the public.

No mention of him being 'emotional' about his missing family. They couldn't even get him to go search for them. He made excuses not to. I looked for my missing cat harder than he looked for his 'missing' family.
They found his actions so alarming, they called police and told them when CW went to pick his father up.

Scratching isn't effective. Stomp on an instep. Knee to the groin. Fingers to eyeballs or nostrils. (Disclaimer: Not a defense instructor, just read a lot.)

Very true!

Yes, your fingerprint changes when your hands are cold as they shrink up. Apple recommends you do a cold sensor ID in addition to warm sensor ID because of that.

Thank you! I had no idea!!! Now to find the cold sensor one on my phone!

Probably, but did he know he was capable of killing his grandchildren and their pregnant mother?

I don't think any parent wants to really believe their child could be capable of murder. In terms of being a liar and cheater, my thoughts are this kind of behavior doesn't just start when a person is in their 30's. There is a history.

Scott Peterson's parents and other members of his family have done their very best to minimize SP's lying and cheating. I can't help but wonder if from their viewpoint, this was just Scooter being Scooter and since he was their Golden Child, lying and cheating were not that big of a deal. JMO.

We currently know next to nothing on the history of CW, and we'll hopefully learn more soon. My guess is, there is a history.

JMO.

I have a feeling that somehow he was the one that posted that picture on her social media. He probably had access. She may have been signed in on her phone or a desktop computer. If he played this game with the girls, he was practicing. He is one 🤬🤬🤬. IMOO

Ugh.. It is just so horrible to even think about... I cannot even imagine....I think Casey Anthony’s parents must have gone through hell...they loved Caylee like their own...tried to defend Casey...then she threw them under the bus and blamed them... I think they both knew from the beginning that she did it but didnt want to lose her too...Wonder if CW’s dad ever thought his son was capable of this???
CA’s father still doesn’t speak to her. He believes she killed Caylee, the mother does not... i honestly don’t know how they’ve stayed married. They still argue about it. (I watched a recent special where they sat down w/a reporter)

Have made a note! Thanks

I'm not going to spend any more time answering this question for you. I've answered it twice before and so have many other posters. Why are you so fixated on NUA and the welfare check? Not that I expect an answer.
Seriously, the ignore button has helped my blood pressure immensely.

You merely add a different fingerprint to your print IDs when you are in a cold situation. My phone has the ability to do about 6 different fingerprints I think..thumbs, pointerfingers..and perhaps a "cold thumb " option?

Perhaps stick your thumb on an ice cube for a few seconds and then do the input sensor with that? See how it works.

They probably both hurled when they realized they didn't know who he was. Ever. JMO, but they both looked like they were about to hurl when they gave that interview. I'm not sure they'll ever be able to recover from this.

Thank you! I will do that shortly! I learn something new every day! Lol

Yes when they broke down when they said he slept in the house with our 5 year old daughter. My heart broke for them!

I'm slowly getting caught up from today. Had to put someone on ignore as my anxiety was going through the roof. I do have a question though. I saw that someone said we had a VI on here earlier. Please excuse my newbieness but what does VI stand for?
I had to do the same and it is so much better.

Oh.....the mother knows she killed her. I doubt their marriage is any more than a money wielding front at this point.

Has SW's cause of death been released? Or are we assuming strangulation because that's what CW said?

I think he could've done it without her fighting back, especially if he waited for her to fall asleep or if he restrained her. I don't think it happened in the middle of a confrontation - I think he had the upper hand without her knowing what was going to happen. Just my opinion.
I agree....

I don't think they will ever trust like they did before.

I just can't get over him thinking that anyone was going to buy his story of her running off with the two kids and no belongings at all.

Was he staying with friends? He mentioned that in the interview, iirc. I found that strange as you would think you would want to be HOME in case his missing family showed up. There is no reason for the house itself to be uncomfortable, unless you knew something violent happened inside. Would you want your missing wife and kids to come home to nobody? Hmmm..
