I doubt he knows CW. He could be a troll, he could know CW or he might just have an opinion that is the opposite of 99% of people on here. I keep playing through scenarios in my mind where CW didn’t kill all of them and I think that’s because on SM and what people have said about him he seems a caring father and husband. I see more of him playing with the kids than SW.

I think some people just have to try and believe a normal loving family can have this happen to them, otherwise what’s to say it couldn’t be our own family?

I do agree with you, that this is a startling and sober case. CW honestly doesn’t look like an evil killer. He looks like a nice dad and a good husband. It’s sort of almost that “worst nightmare” feel, that maybe who you trust the most can turn against you.

I have to say that the videos of him playing with the kids doesn’t mean that he played with them more than she did, though. It just means she took videos of him while he did not take videos of her. So we really can’t go by videos posted on social media to compare parenting, IMHO.

In my experience, dads in general play more with the kids. I am too busy doing household chores, etc.
Also, I would think a mom would be more likely to record a playful situation than vice versa. I have precious few photos/videos of ME with my kids.

I’ve said if you have read my posts along the way I have a few theories.

1. He is telling the truth
2. He did it and was planning a murder suicide but backed out.
New #3 exploring the sleepwalking theory.

I don't see anything to suggest he was planning a suicide. Literally the next day he was smiling from ear to ear and already planning to sell the house.

Just like Scott Peterson, he thought he'd get away with it and live happily ever after with his mistress.

I could actually go along with a botched murder-suicide theory. Except it’s difficult to strangle yourself. Same end result as what actually happened, anyway. Doesn’t really make a difference if he intended to kill himself or not.

I’m thinking he would have hanged himself with those sheets.

I actually kind of wonder if the Mollie case was inspiration to this guy. Like, at the time, nobody had solved Mollie’s case. She had disappeared for almost a month at this point. Maybe in his perverted mind, he thought he could stage a similar disappearance. I mean, when you think about it, his story had a similar ring to the Mollie case. And then the girls were hidden quite well. Not the wife, so much. Although he is a terrible liar, so maybe he should have taken that into account or something.

I think this is nothing more than an attempt to throw something new at the wall and see if it sticks...I’m surprised my eyes haven’t rolled right out of my head with as much eye rolling as I’ve been doing. Lol!!

You just keep making up theories out of thin air when there's been no evidence presented to indicate such a theory is on the table, and then in the same breath accuse members of jumping to conclusions. Despite their conclusions being based on real evidence, and yours on imagination and a witness already proven to lie, and who has every motive to keep lying now.

Some of the most depraved killers in our society have "fans" who write them letters in prison. It's not unreasonable to assume such people also have access to the Internet and can make a profile on any site like this.

Even if you did believe CW, under the law he has still committed a crime - premeditated murder of SW and the interference of three corpses, and he's going away for a very long time. So if you're a friend, you're going to miss him for sometime yet.
