ON TOPIC:
CW is a pathological liar. This newest AP to interview on HLN only further proves that point. AP alleges their affair ended MONTHS ago. So would he be brought to trial? I would guess "MAYBE". He could be considered too influential to the jury so I would imagine the defense would strongly advocate him against him as a witness in a trial. And I would have to agree.

I think by the time you are on baby #3, you’ve got the routine down. Maybe he couldn’t get out of work or maybe if things were rough going between them she was acting more independently. Maybe Nicole offered to watch the kids during the appointment bc she wanted to help her friend in need.....not strange to me at all.

We could all use a friend like Nicole! What an angel.

I think it’s more possible than a loving father snapping and killing his wife and children - but that happened.

All 3 of my pregnancies have been high risk and I have flown all the way up to 36 weeks. She was barely out of her first trimester. I am sure it's something she probably discussed with her doctor.

Eh, she had a pretty good support system. If she hadn't, I'd maybe entertain the idea of an abortion, but considering this appointment was right in line with the timing for a regular prenatal appointment (16 weeks), I don't see any reason to think it was anything but that.

I agree he won't be called. But I'm not convinced he's a 'Troll'. He was severely lacking in the whole scripted sense. Ya know? His answers to AB weren't spilling out of his mouth (like he'd been rehearsing). He's either a very dense Troll or honestly in shock and frightened (in a multitude of ways) to be in this position. I dunno... I remain 'open' to this man's story.

This whole case changes daily once you think you may have it figured out in your head there's something new.its heartbreaking seeing this I'm in Vancouver Canada and it's making the news here. How is it no one is coming forward about CW no family saying no wait that's dead wrong.its making me feel like his family is distancing themselves from him ..I'm hoping this doesn't go to trial for both family's so it's over and they can grieve.my neice went to every court for her husband's murderer and everyday she relived it for 4 years .I don't understand how a loving parent can do that

I worked for a high profile person for many years who could not get along with equals in his field but had to have adoring clients, who did adore him.
At first I thought his wife, who scurried around like a frightened little rabbit was just that, but when I first started to see finger bruise marks on her inner upper arms where he had grabbed her, I was sure that he was abusing her. I tried to open a conversation with her about it and she cut me dead and played the bosses wife card.
Did not help her. He left her a few years later for a much younger woman, whom he also left for an even younger one. I wish that women would wise up.

Has happened on WS during the Simon Gittany trial (he threw his gf, Lisa Harnum off the balcony of a high rise apartment), his then girlfriend was rallying for support on t.v and trying on here. SG was found guilty and is in prison.
It's quite mind blowing especially when there's overwhelming evidence against their b/f or friend/family member, like CCTV and an eyewitness in SG's case.

But Mr Gittany puts his hand around her mouth in an attempt to muffle her screams and drags her inside by the head.
The judge said the lack of fingerprints on the glass barrier made his version of events implausible.
