We’re allowed to post snarky memes?

Because for one, I am really, really enjoying them. Two, I want to post them without getting put in time out

I'd advise you to enjoy them but not post them. A word to the wise... ;)

OMG! This really made me laugh! Totally get it! Lol!

Oh yeah! That's right! He said it himself! Although I bet all the lights were on because he was running around trying to clean up any sort of evidence. Or maybe just running around... ya know, 'thriving'
I think he had all the lights on because he was spooked. He admitted the house was like a "ghost town" or something to that effect. He was essentially acknowledging that they had died there and their ghosts were lurking around. That's why he stayed at the Thayers the next night.

As long as you keep it classy you should be ok.

Coming right from the Mollie Tibbetts thread to this one is overwhelming. It disturbs me to even imagine how someone can purposely take a life. And as far as this case, I didn’t think there would be another person like Scott Peterson. I was wrong. Sadly.

Yes, going from Mollie's to Shanann's (plus all the horrid breaking News/other Threads here) affect Posters also.
I am so low, after reading them, feeling exhausted when I go to bed.
Both these threads close while you Guys sleep, and Posters from other countries, cannot post then, trying to answer other posts.
Thank goodness, we can all turn to our beautiful Pets/families/friends, while we try to understand WHY: then I am afraid, round the corner, we hear of another devastating case.:(:(:(
The likelihood of Prison desn't seem to deter these Creeps.

I don't believe in ghosts but you could very much be right as to his frame of mind. Good catch! It would be interesting to know how he believes. Goosebumps thinking about it.

That is not relevant. She was fifteen weeks pregnant when she died, so only nine weeks for the first flight and fifteen for the last.

But I wondered for the future and whether she felt pressure to attend the out-of-town meetings.

But that was the future which he robbed her of. She would not have flown in her late stage pregnancy, just did it from home.

Motive could be, his world crashing down. If SW found out and was going to leave, he could have been in fear of the cost of child support, losing his house, etc. Someone teetering on the edge of sanity, the fear of losing control is enough to push them over.
Well, that's just it. I'm not so sure that HOA wouldn't be forcing the Watts home up for sale in a foreclosure auction. A bidder would have to pay the HOA arrears and the mortgage due.

If the HOA just put a lien so that the $1500 was due when the house sold, I'm sure there was stress on CW & SW if they had to do a short sale. They would still be responsible to the bank for the balance (mortage still owed minus short sale
final price).

I think that the bank is only trying to reclaim the value of the loan. Not the value of the home.

HOAs in CO are practically in "1st Position" in liens. I used to process mortgages here and I can tell you as a former mortgage processor and current home-owner - HOAs will (and do) own your home - even if you have no mortgage.
If you want to truly own in CO: find a non-HOA 'hood.

Man claims accused killer Chris Watts was his ‘lover’ who told him he was ‘trapped in a loveless marriage’
by Leigh Egan
August 28, 2018

An unknown man who appeared on HLN’s “Crime and Justice” on Tuesday claimed he had a 10-month sexual relationship with accused murderer, Chris Watts.

Although the revelations cannot be independently confirmed, the anonymous man stated that Watts, 33, messaged him on the MeetMe app and made “small talk” in June 2017. [snip]

The source said he thought the relationship was considered mostly casual, but indicated that Watts “opened up” to him about being unhappy with his life, though Watts reportedly never mentioned he was married in the beginning.

When HLN’s Ashleigh Banfield questioned the man as to whether he thought Watts was straight and curious, bisexual, or gay, he replied that Watts told him he didn’t know for sure, but had previously engaged in sexual encounters with other boys in high school. However, Watts allegedly told him he was not “out” yet and wasn’t comfortable with making his sexuality public yet.

Where is this picture? I don't understand what you're getting at, but maybe if I see the photo?
We know that SW wasn't feeling in AZ because Nikole, who was with her, said so. A previous poster said that SW didn't have a plate of food in front of her, perhaps indicting she didn't feel like eating.

My point was that others didn't have plates of food either (mainly on camera left of SW's FB photo-aug 11). It is obscured by the thrive logo. See below.

Apparently it's not a mistRESS, it's a misTER.

Cannot wait to read more, as I am so behind.
What else will we hear?
Wonder if true, and there are also 'men' in his past affairs!

That is the same guy I got blasted for mentioning. So, Ashleigh's been snookered too?
