The hard copy of People Magazine out on Friday revealed a couple things: LE will be testing all the hairs [belonging to SW and babies] located in CW truck which can be forensically tested to indicate the time of death. Such test can support or negate CW claim that SW allegedly killed her children on Monday morning between 4-5AM as told by CW, or that the children were dead long before SW murdered. It follows that LE could do similar tests with hair found in the bedding/linen, and also explains why CW was desperate to get rid of evidence by throwing the bed linen in the trash. MOO

First, I seriously doubt laundry and making 3 beds on Monday morning was a high priority for CW when he had to load and dispose 3 dead bodies a leave by 5:27AM! I believe throwing anything in the trash was to get rid of evidence. If CW smothered the girls with their pillows, he would probably put the pillow slips in trash, and same for the sheets where their little bodies rested.

I am talking about in the next two days. Why did he throw the linens in the trash?

There is a scientist working with the defense in this case? I wasn't aware of that but I have been wondering if CW was hallucinating when he claims he saw SW strangling the girls.

I presume he’s still working with the defense. He was the Expert they motioned to be present at the Autopsy, and he’s the one that said he believed they could still obtain DNA from the necks of the children after being submerged in light crude oil.

I don’t know if he was hallucinating or not; or how they might prove that. I wonder if C.W. claims to not understand his own actions? If he blames something he was taking, all we know for sure is about the MLM supplements, and that is the first thing I heard about them...

Ive thrown away a lot of things, pillowcases are not frequently one of them.

I had always thought the birthday party was on Saturday, and the grilling was on Sunday. But it seems from the threads that everybody is saying the birthday party was on Sunday, although I have never seen that on mainstream media.

Is CW a sociopath? He showed no sadness, remorse, etc., when he was interviewed. He did show some indication he thought he knew something no one else knew (what's the term?). It seems more than narcissism, but I'm a writer, not a psychiatrist. Any thoughts?

I can't either. I don't know if CW is a sociopath but I do think he has some kind of mental illness. I have a difficult time reconciling the profuse descriptions that he was a great dad to him suddenly deciding to drop his babies in a vat of crude oil.

Regarding the firing, I expect that Anadarko was asked to pull up tracking data for CW, and when they did that, they discovered that he had been to areas he wasn't supposed to be working on. And they fired him for it immediately and cooperated with the police.

And yes, the office affair would be another reason to fire him.

I also suspect that Anadarko may have been paying for his work cell phone, computer, or communications equipment, and that this other equipment was trackable, too. So whether or not he had a GPS on his truck, the equipment he carried with him left a trail of clues.

I am sure that Anadarko wanted to be sure that CW was described in all of the press releases and conferences as a "former employee" and not a "current employee."

His electronic equipment nor vehicle was owned by the company and not him! So only the company had to give permission for them to have a warrant! Good point I had not thought of. His phone was not really his. At least when it comes to law enforcement.

Didn't a judge in a previous case forbid him to testify as an expert again?

Correct. It’s the company’s laptop and phone (if issued by them). Not his. That should be all spelled out in the company handbook if you will, terms, code, whatever they call it. I even have a work email app on my personal phone, and part of that deal is they can go thru my phone anytime if they deem it is necessary for a variety of critical reasons.

If his plan was to use the excuse of asking for a separation and she left was why she was missing, he still would have to move her car...how? Maybe all of that stuff like keys, purse, etc.was left downstairs to be put in the car later on Monday, but we all know how NU threw his plans off.

So, how would he get rid of her car? Wouldn't he need help with that?

I asked this question way, way, upthread and was directed to review the Casey Anthony case. Very interesting information about bands that appear on the hair shaft after death. I am not equipped to explain, having just learned of its existence, but it is a thing.

Add it to our collected WS repertoire of forensic knowledge.

Thanks. I missed seeing that name. It would not surprise me if CW was taking medication. Their deteriorating financial situation and looming lawsuit may have resulted in severe depression and anxiety because he was the primary breadwinner.

I think he thought he was going to get away with murder, and he knew the matching bottom sheet was gone forever, and that partial set was useless without it, so into the trash the top sheet and pillowcases went.

No I don’t think so. I think he had to get accredited in the United States to testify again. He must be now. That situation wasn’t about bad science.

I don't understand all this talk about 'marking the grave'. It would be unnecessary.

I think the discussion is based on the theory that he was planning to come back and hide SW better- perhaps he didn't have time to get her into the tank, etc. But I personally don't think that's why a sheet was found there. Even if he was planning on coming back, I don't think he'd need help finding the location. He worked there. It was a familiar place to him. I think the sheet was accidentally left. JMO.
