I agree, many people falsely insert themselves into cases. Usually two reasons for this.... personal attention or to stir the pot.

Since it appears the article did not name the woman, I'm guessing she wanted to remain anonymous (for obvious reasons). To me, this rules out an personal attention seeker.

Could be someone trying to stir the pot. If it's true, I wish they just contacted LE.

Still wondering IF she testifies IF this could contribute towards evidence of premeditation... doubtful probably.

To me it's like the copycat murder syndrome. Mainly people wanting the connection to something grotesque or creepy, it makes them seem important, not to mention the $$ if possible. Sometimes news organizations say they don't pay, yet they pay for a flight, overnights in the big city, for the interviews, etc (yes I know not in this case). I still don't believe either of the volunteer APs.

One can literally contact Radar with a story, and if they are interested, they will buy it. The National Enquirer does the same thing. There is no vetting involved unlike legitimate journalism.

I was wondering still if she had access to drop in on her phone app live bc for sure it seems she may have running late on flight and missing them . Also checking to see if in bed at 630 -7 pm as usual . IMO she seemed very organized and was type A so it would be natural to do so. OK, forgive me. For many years they didn't. My point is Radar is not a reliable source. Therefore, I think we should take some of these sensational stories of "animalistic" sex etc. with a shaker full of salt.

I will believe every horrible story that comes out about him. If he could dump his little girls in filthy oil, he is capable of anything IMO.

Same question I have been asking. Something pointed them to that exact site prior to CW confession, which LE isn't divulging. The affidavit states that he went to check on a work site near Hudson by his own admission (I've no idea if that is the near or the exact location of the tanks. If it is, then CW truly is a moron because he led them straight to the bodies...which may have been what forced his confession once LE confronted him with drone evidence.

In the previous thread, I posted that I was interested in knowing what piqued LE interest in CW having an affair, after doing a welfare check. Perhaps because in my area, I'm pretty sure LE would show up, shrug and say, "Let's see if they return home, call us tomorrow if they don't," and then go about their business that day. They definitely would not begin investigating for infidelity nor inquiring about neighbor's surveillance cameras. But, I'm in a big city where LE have plenty other priorities. For CW, that 2-day investigation would have began the day they did the welfare check, and up to the day CW was arrested. The fact that her shoes, purse, suitcase, keys, car, etc remained is suspicion enough for foul play, but not for a cheating husband....MOO.

LE had a two day lead on the investigation, and everything fell into place. LE and maybe NAU started going door to door to make sure SW not at neighbors since it appeared she and the girls were on foot and maybe close to home. I also believe the neighbor's camera footage came into play right away. CW gave the first investigator one timeline, and by the time the second officer arrived, CW must have seen and/or gotten word about the neighbors camera and timestamps because he suddenly began quoting exact times such as SW arrived home at 1:48AM, and he left for work at 5:27AM. These were camera recorded times, not his memory! I believe LE went direct to Anadarko on Monday, and I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't know about co-worker AP by Monday evening. Good chance CW had company cell phone and LE would have had immediate access to his phone/gps records versus waiting on warrant for CW phone. I'm still shocked how quickly this went down as CW was on his way home to meet LE around noon Monday, and voluntarily at the police station around noon Weds, never to leave again. MOO

I'm hoping that Frederick CO has better homicide detectives and DAs than Boulder CO (Jon Benet debacle). I haven't heard the Watts detectives speak but I was impressed by the stoic DA at the press conference and court hearings.

I think CW has good representation w/ his 2 courtroom attys -- 3 if you count the woman who filed court requests about wanting their defense forensic expert present at the autopsies and swabbing the necks of the girls.

Her friend Nicole knew everything and made sure she got her point across to LE within the first 20 minutes of their arrival. And thats why they wasted no time combing through his house and life on day 1.

I have some doubts about the newest AP. I'm thinking if he was on Tinder, quite a few people could have seen his profile and why would we only be hearing about that from anyone now? Unless he only had it active while he was cruising for new APs, then took it down when he started seeing someone. I've never used Tinder, so I'm not entirely sure how it works. Though it is interesting that neither of the alleged APs actually lived in Frederick. If it's all true, it would lead me to think he was purposely searching for people outside his immediate vicinity to reduce chances of anyone who knows him seeing him on dating apps/sites.

This woman hooked up with Chris from Tinder. Tinder would have a record
of CW posting a profile and this woman having a profile and selecting CW.

(Disclaimer: I've never used online dating or any dating service so I don't really know).

Detectives would be able to get this information by a subpoena to the various dating sites CW used.

It is highly likely that some hookups would voluntarily let detectives look at their exchanges with Chris. If this is the same woman, she posted earlier than the Daily Mail's article on her, that she met Chris on Tinder and they had 2 dates. His profile said "single." The detectives didn't tell her she wasn't free to talk about it publicly, but they asked her not to show a screengrab Chris' Tinder profile.

I would think that it shows a pattern of CW strangling people.
Maybe more people will come forward.

The original Radar story that the Daily Mail regurgitated mentioned that CW took his tinder mistress to Chick-Fila-A along with Pizza Hut. There was also a photo of her showing purple hair but her face was blurred out.

I've actually been reading rumors about a tinder mistress since CW was arrested but the story just broke yesterday.

I am still having a hard time figuring out where the doors on those tanks are located. There is a ladder leading to the top... but no doors visable on top. I wonder if the door is on the side a little lower than the top.

I took a photo someone just used and circled the dome looking thing that opens. We had a video on here the other day--you just push down to release the dome looking thing to get access into the tank.

It could be that the people who hooked up w/ CW on Tinder and other hookup sites have only talked to the police.

Would you want to go public? I wouldn't! The shame, embarrassment, horror and the fact that people would slime you all over the internet. Trolls would call your boss and reporters would stake out your house.

Look at what the Mr. Thayer had to post on his FB after he and his wife had ONE interview with a news reporter explaining why they let him stay at their house after SW + the girls went missing. They were hounded by the press.

Wasn't it because of the bed sheet nearby? IIR, LE was viewing the area via drones, and the sheet caught their attention. I'm guessing that LE looked in the areas that they did because of the timeline... neighbor's camera recorded his truck backing into garage and leaving Monday morning, and LE knew CW arrived at work, so based on how much time passed between those events, they developed ideas about where to search.

Without the sheet and without NUA (yeah I'm in her fanclub for this), I wonder if they would have been missing much longer.

I could be wrong...does anyone else know if they only searched there after CW "admitted" certain info? I can't word it better than that because if his lips are moving, he's lying. All moo of course.

In the arrest affidavit, and I don't have the exact wording in front of me, so paraphrasing, but on Monday afternoon, CW told LE he had gone to check on a job site near Hudson, CO after he left the house early Monday morning.

I found this interesting, as he pointed LE in the direction he had gone that morning. The bodies were actually several miles away.

There may have been GPS on the truck and CW's employer provided this to LE, to pinpoint the exact location. In the absence of GPS, LE may only have been going on CW's statement about having gone to a
job site near Hudson. In either scenario, CW's employer would have been able to provide LE with the location or locations of their operations in that area.

We do know a drone search was initiated on that specific location and that is when the sheet and signs of disturbed earth were discovered. My understanding is after this discovery, CW did point out the specific tanks he used.
