Finally got posting privileges today! I've been lurking for quite awhile but finally decided to join in the discussion.

I've been going back and forth between the girls being gone before she got home or the whole family being wiped out at once. I'm leaning more towards the girls being taken out Sunday evening and the plane delay throwing a wrench in his plans.

IMO this was premeditated, but not planned out. He didn't want his family anymore and he definitely didn't want child support payments for 3 kids.

It’s definitely possible that your thinking is correct. The facts as we know them, certainly don’t exclude the possibility that the kids were killed prior to Shanann arriving home.

Myself, I’m leaning towards Shanann being the initial victim, and C.W. deciding to go the distance, and kill then all.

Hopefully LE can determine when the kids died, and put this question to rest.

Me too. Big fight, he is strangling her, one kid sees, he gets rid of that one and the other one out of necessity. Pretty much JMD MO but not as bloody. Just as deadly, tho.

I haven't seen all of SWs videos but yes, she's controlling at times and puts down Chris. But on the other hand, he seems passive/aggressive and stands there like a stone. SWs videos were used for her to advance THEIR business. He was part of it by virtue that her earnings were paying for at least pre-school or Bella's new school (see Valentine's video - SW has heart bags of Thrive and is downcast. I think wearing a gray shirt and very little makeup. She mentions $1600/month for school or such).

Nothing is a soul-killer like a passive, stone-faced guy who has to be dragged everywhere. It is hard being forced to make decisions for everything. It is awful when your partner rains on your parade.

In the xmas video when she walks into the garage and complains about how her husband doesn't listen, that hit home so much for me. My ex never, EVER listened to me. never did anything I asked. never helped me. didn't remember anything I ever said. I totally related to her comment. And it does make you louder and more bossy - you try anything you can to get him to hear you, to care, to pay attention. but he still doesn't. then he uses your behaviors of compensation for his ignoring you to criticize you - call you bossy, controlling, etc. I think if SW has any fault in the marriage, it's seeing something in CW that wasn't there - hoping for a happy marriage and family. we all do it. it's more dangerous with certain men than others. of course many men will pretend it's there and go along with it until the ring is on. then the mask comes off.

I am the legacy contact for my husbands page. He didn’t have one listed, but after he died, I had to prove I was related to be able to be the legacy contact. Someone (IE - legacy contact) would have to specifically go & make posts private.

I remember a married friend telling me that you have to boss your husband or you end up doing all of the work. Then... they got divorced.

Extremely interesting. There have been posts that have been hidden since being memorialized. So that means she had a legacy contact and it more than likely was not CW.

Is it possible LE could request/require some posts be taken down so as not to bias potential jurors, or to vet witnesses as credible?

We are not sure if Trinket78 left or is still waiting to be verified before making any further comments.

FWIW, I did not ask any question towards Trinket78 yesterday but was on line when he/she was positing however I also felt that people on WS were being very respectful towards Trinket78.
I did not read any disrespectful posts towards this member albeit there were a lot of questions directed at Trinket78 but I would assume that was to be expected if Trinket78 was following the thread for two weeks as was posted by Trinket78 ~ this person would have known the responses and questions would have been intense.

It has everything to do with it. You said that CW and SW weren't pot smokers from your experience as a longtime smoker because pot smokers aren't Type A personalities. Well that isn't my experience. None of us know whether pot was an issue in this case or not.

I tried to watch that video; it was very uncomfortable. I did not watch to the very end. Two things I took away from what I saw (my own perception only, not necessarily fact, just my own interpretation..) 1. SW was an unhappy woman (through her eyes), and 2. The unspoken exchange between SW and her father got me thinking that there is a whole lot more about the unhappy couple that we (of course) don't know. I think her dad knows a whole lot.

On the other video..the pie in the eye thing.. Very hard to watch. I can only imagine the vibes going on there. Whew! Poor kids.. This is my own opinion, I am not victim bashing. I hope my mind stays open to waiting for the whole truth to come out.

One last thought..what happened to our poster who was hoping to be made a VI, who was very nervous about their identity being learned? If they bolted from here, I wouldn't blame them. A lot of judgmental posts were made. If they are around but not commenting, I just want to say I personally supported your right to voice your opinions, even if I might not agree with them. Just in case you're reading.

I haven't watched many videos. But then I get curious because ppl talk about them. Is there an easier way to get to the Xmas video without scrolling forever thru her FB? Is it linked on the media thread?

They could if they thought they might hurt the investigation, but I think that’s doubtful. They also aren’t likely thinking that far ahead in regards to the jury, as that’s likely a couple years away. Of course that’s if it even goes to trial.

Hello, this is my first time posting as I just got my account access to do so. I’ve never followed a case but this case has really drawn me in. I think it’s because I have two young girls and see them in Bella and Cece.

Anyways I’ve spent way too long on fb looking through things and I found the reason they moved to CO was she was nannying and the family moved so she went with them and I believe Chris joined. The house he filmed his presentation is actually the same house I can tell from a Zillow listing of that same house in Broomfield, CO that the family she nannied for lived in.

One other thing I found was Shanann met Chris after she took her car in for service and he worked on it and found her name from it and reached out on Fb. I found this from her brother writing it on a fb comment someone wrote.

So that is interesting because in one of her videos she said a cousin or cousins wife sent CW as a friend suggestion but she denied it. Then he sent a friend request later. If he worked on her car, that is super weird. Who is telling the real story here?

IDK if the person was bona fide but I do recall them saying " maybe it was a mistake to come on here." ( i have it amongst the screenshots)

If I was an Insider on any missing/? murder case, I would be on this website within 5 minutes and I will be all over asking everybody to help me do missing posters Etc!

In the state where I live, divorce attorneys Say Never to move out of the family house until you have met with the lawyer and you are starting the divorce proceedings. Is that how it is in Colorado also?

For a guy who “has no game,” asking her out through Facebook after seeing her at work, strikes me as pretty aggressive. It doesn’t seem to jibe.
