This post lands at random.

WS takes it rather seriously when members try to out another member, whether regular member or a Verified Insider. Any further attempts to do so will result in a lengthy timeout.

Agreed Shekkiec.
I believe SW never thought CW would ever follow through with a separation even if she knew of affair/affairs.
I think SW viewed CW like he was a wall flower in so many ways.

From Wikipedia
A wallflower is someone with an introverted personality type (or in more extreme cases, social anxiety) who will attend parties and social gatherings, but will usually distance themselves from the crowd and actively avoid being in the limelight.
Now it makes sense that she said he had “no game” ... I think he duped her into thinking he was meek and obediant.

Seriously! Why is this even a headline?

:DAs deep as this one? Clip from yesterday's show.

Crime & Justice on Twitter

( Bearing in mind what we know as fact already: about the combined work of the couple promoting Thrive; joint transformation photos in the magazine showing weight loss; Shan also posted the clips of his home weight lifts. AFAIK this weight loss was seen as an asset by Shan's company.

And we still don't have any credible authentification of multiple affairs yet, despite what AB states. Plus we had guesses by posters that Shan wrote his Insta posts for him and that. I'm still waiting for her update on the "gay lover" she interviewed last month. )

So you don't need to be a rocket-scientist to u'stand that this clip is a spin for a female audience.

Wow. Good info. If he looked her up after working on her car that would strike me as odd or even creepy but young people these days might take that as normal?

Creepy.

WOW! I missed that!

I must have missed that link . Sounds very interesting. I watched the entire video interview twice.
All I can remember ( without the benefit of the link) is that they said he was concerned about how he was coming across in the media. Would like to read that link too.

One thing I can tell you for sure - when you are killed by your husband, and your kids are killed by their dad, there was DV in the home perpetrated by CW. That is in fact the most extreme definition of DV. Being killed is more likely to happen when a victim leaves. Possibly SW was planning a safe escape and CW found out.

But they were just that opinions posted as fact. How can someone say 'There was absolutely no domestic violence' or the dead woman was a narcissist or 'I knew about the affair from the very beginning'.
No one knows what goes on inside another person's marriage. The facebook groups are full of people claiming that they know all about what an evil person the dead woman was, they skip over the part were he dumped his children in the oil and buried her in a shallow grave and just want to go on endlessly about what she was.
They call her fake even after they have seen him lie and act his way through 3 interviews, they say she forced him to perform for the cameras.
Was she still forcing his performance before the cameras when she was dead.
It seems to me he quite like performing, laughing and smiling when talking about his dead wife and children and lying about where they were.

I watched it just yesterday and totally missed it. What stood out to me was when they said they were trying to think of where SW may have gone and coming up with places to look etc and he told them no, or wasn't interested in following any leads or ideas they had.

That one of the million dollar questions. Why didn’t he just leave?

Bill...batcall!

In the state where I live, divorce attorneys Say Never to move out of the family house until you have met with the lawyer and you are starting the divorce proceedings. Is that how it is in Colorado also?

I do recall that well. They had many constructive suggestions. He'd been with them for many hours.
I imagine the TV news was on all day so he definitely would have seen himself broadcast in the TV interviews he did earlier on the Tuesday afternoon and evening. If he was rewinding & re-watching the clips - I'd be interested. ( By Wednesday morn he was picking up his Dad and being interviewed.)

Okay, so I watched the videos and I am just not seeing what many of you seem to see. I see kids being kids and squealing with enjoyment and parents being good-naturedly ribbed. I don't see CW acting like he he is being pushed around; to me he looks happy. I definitely don't see a child "cornered" on the deck-I see one laughing and enjoying herself and acting in the same manner in which my own do.

We can continue to pick apart these home videos, these tiny slices of a person's life, but no real conclusions can be drawn because not only are they completely out of context (not to mention the fact that no matter how long we stare at her SM page, we still don't actually know this person) but they are completely subjective. We bring our own backgrounds to them.

Jumping in from here for a second....I have to agree that I don't see it either. And if I'm being honest, the video I posted last week of my kids would make you guys hate me. Granted my kids are 16, 13 and 13 but I made them get a bird out of my room, a bird that we thought was "broken". We all laughed and my kids know me.

That is the advice I give. The first priority is safety. If you feel like you are safe continuing to live in the family house with the other spouse, then I recommend you stay. If you move out, it is harder to convince the judge to kick the other party out so you can move back in.

It is very common these days, with the high cost of rent, for both spouses to continue to live in the marital residence until the divorce is final.

I tagged you above in the long video (p34) and added another one in of the Thayers talking about that stuff. They specifically mention him watching himself back on his phone, not just it coming on the TV.

...AP’s often get fed a bunch of lies —I doubt CW’s was any different.

SBM
Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if CW lied to his AP(s) that Shanann was threatening to hurt the girls if he left, or him, or even the AP.

After reading how swiftly and viciously the tide turned on the thread after the videos were posted, I was honestly dreading watching them. I got the implication from the posts that SW would appear like a controlling monster who was cruel to her children and husband and gleefully humiliated them, etc. etc.

Wow.
. . . snipped . . .
some of the posts feel very close to victim blaming and shaming. I mean... all the way up to, she deliberately targeted the child who looked the most like CW with a squirt gun because of some secret resentment? Seriously, what?!?!?!

I totally agree. Children will definitely let an adult know when they do or do not want to play. CW could have opted out.

No, s/he said

" I knew them from the very start."

The question was, what capacity did you know them..(re CW/SW). And her/his answer was s/he knew them from the very start.

( I tried to do a link to the question and answer, but it doesn't work, so I did a screenshot from this site for my reference.)
That wasn't part of the post about the beginning of the affair.

1. 100’s of strands of hair found in truck.
2. A precise timeline can’t be determined
3. In cold weather hair banding process is slow, in hot weather process is much faster.
4. If there was warm weather hair bands may have occurred.
5. Might be able to determine how close together murders occurred.
6. Three pieces of a hair are differential. There’s the ares above bands. The band is found at scalp level. Root is under skin. Hair close to skin is alive, when body dies blood stops flowing. At root you find enzyme breakdown that causes color of band.
7. They can tell if hair was pulled out in struggle.
8. Contents of stomach.
9. CW claims SW killed children after 2am. If children were killed hours before, TOD can be determined by stomach contents. We know they are at birthday party.
10. There are text messages and search histories that have not been deleted.
11. The bed in Master bedroom had bedding that had been stripped off the bed.
12. Officers checked for signs of foul play.
13. If this was a crime of passion you wouldn’t take those steps to remove bedding. If the wife killed kids, you wouldn’t try to get rid of evidence that would prove she did it.
Viewers Questions
1. Do they run blood tests on inmates when they are arrested, Steroids? Roidrage? No, not unless inmate agrees. Defense could ask for it.
2. Might he have had an accomplice? AP is not suspect. None other known at this time.
3. Did CW have scratches or bruises? Is it possible to strangle someone and come away scratch free? Can’t imagine that. Survival instinct would kick in, if CW was aware she would fight tooth and nail. There may be skin under her nails. Maybe there were screatches on CW we don’t know about.
4. What do we know about CW’s family? CW’s childhood. He seemed like a friendly guy. No red flags. We know CW spoke with father.
5. Where will they find jurors who have not heard of case? They’ve found them in other high profile cases. Sometimes it’s okay to use jurors who have heard about case.

I wouldn’t be surprised either. He is an accomplished liar, arrogant enough to lie on national television.
