Restrain your wife, call 911, attempt to revive them, run screaming into the street "does anyone know CPR?! Heeeelllllpppp!" while carrying your possibly alive children, scream out of a window to awaken your neighbor who is 6 feet away, attempt to revive your kids again and again until help arrives. Whatever you have to do to save your family, even your wife who appears to have gone off the rails and is carrying your baby inside of her. He had options.

Very
Thanks for that honest opinion, Trinket78. I saw one "expert" weigh in on his speeches, mannerisms, etc., and she said one has to be extremely careful analyzing one or two of those without having countless videos or in-person experiences with same person to compare to. The folded arms? I don't know what to do with my hands or arms even when talking to a neighbor. You don't just hang them at your sides. So there are pockets or I will cross mine, or else I'm grateful if I'm holding something like the mail. If he had his hands on his hips we'd say he was defiant. I am very introverted and the public would slaughter me in a case like this, even if I was giving a public speech on how much I love my pets - I just don't do public speaking. People also laugh when nervous, even crack jokes. I also noticed it seemed like the camera crew and interviewers were pretty far away from him. Maybe that was intentional on their part. Let's isolate him, make him feel like he's off there on the porch by himself, not part of a conversation. That said, no, I am not in any way supporting CW 100% - just trying to be open minded, and of course, the whole aspect of him lying repeatedly and hiding the bodies, etc., is horrific. Just - dial - 911. Oh what a tangled web they wove, comes to mind.
true! Thank you for the honest reply

I would love to hear a plausible explanation of why CW removed the bodies from the home.
I'm curious to hear what he had to say about that. I figured he didn't think anyone would believe his story (which they don't lol) and went into cover up mode. Not saying that's plausible just my guess at what the official explanation may end up being.

I hate to leave when it's this fast and furious, but. . . . .alas!

Good night. Everyone be well and safe.

Yeppers. That's the reason I am not leaving my mind so open that my brains fall out. (credits to the poster who has that as a sig, I don't remember who it is.)

I'm glad you said this. I have thought to myself, during this, what if this were my brother? (not suggesting CW is your brother, but as a point of reference of someone I truly care about.) My brother is shy, small in stature, loving by all accounts. What if his family was suddenly gone and he knew where and the media was all over him? He would remain calm and polite. I would be able to see thru it immediately because I love him so much and understand how he works. Behind the scenes, with me, he would show his true self.
Is this how you see him? Again, I'm not suggesting he's your brother but someone you know very deeply.
Thank you for that insight. My post was exactly what I thought when I watched.

Exactly. That’s why his tale is so unbelievable. Human instinct is to protect ones family. He decided to protect himself instead.

He was verbally abused from the beginning. I remember meeting them and she told anyone who would listen she couldn’t believe she went on a date with him because of the way he was dressed. He looked like a “skater boy”... she almost didn’t continue the date because of that. All this was said in front of him. He had new clothes shortly after.

Why did he continue to date her if she was so rude?

The logic they are employing is that the kids were sick so often that SW must have been responsible.

From there, they conclude that she had a pattern of harming the kids, so C.W.’s scenario of Shanann strangling them, is supported by her previous behavior of hurting her children.

It’s one giant leap, and IMO, an unbelievable scenario.

I agree, also the children had diagnosed complaints not made up ones

I'm not uncomfortable at all! CW repeatedly lied to LE and he lied repeatedly in every one of his media interviews. What was that all about? It was about trying to avoid facing consequences.

After being confronted with evidence by LE of SW's shallow grave and the bed sheet from their home that was discovered at the very place he went to after he left the house that morning, CW states he'll tell the truth after he talks to his Dad.

He then comes back and says the truth is SW strangled the girls and he went into a rage and strangled SW. Which is an attempt to avoid facing consequences for three first degree murder charges, with deliberation, which could land him on death row or with multiple life sentences.

JMO.

Excellent! Bravo! Very well said!

I was responding to the original question posed- which was that the poster wanted to hear possible scenarios of how things unfolded should CW's (CW's, not the prosecution) version be the truth. You would need to click on the arrow of the quoted post I was responding to.

He was sick and tired of having to deal with them and wanted to be free as a bird. IMO

Sometimes people who show symptoms of hypochochondrias take their children to the Dr. more times than necessary. That combined with the tendency towards perfectionism, as she describes herself on her video, could be a factor. Two cases I have seen with people with Munchausen by proxy involved smearing a child's mouth and nose with menstrual blood, and feeding the child salt. That's why I said I think a Dr. would be the first to notice something like that. If there were legitimate reasons to bring the child to the Dr. they wouldn't have suspected anything unusual is all I'm trying to say. Jmo

Yes. Please tel me it's not now being considered on this thread that SW had Munchausen's or something similar. What next?

We've seen muchausen's cases on websleuths before. I've studied them pretty extensively. They're intense and all for some sick form of attention. It's like a job for the person with the "condition". It's all they do almost.

They are the ultimate Debbie downers who are constantly discussing their children's illnesses with daily posts of "sad to tell you. Today little Parker had yet another episode. We had to rush him to the ER..."

The glory in medical procedures and constantly ask for more and more invasive ones. They love surgery for their kids. They also tend to love to discuss their own conditions.

SW seems quite the opposite. We know she had lupus and there's a post of her with some sort of neck brace after a surgery. She seems endlessly upbeat about those issues, minimized the neck thing barely talking abou it and seemed to be constantly talking about how great she felt with thrive.

Her posts about her kids being sick are far too infrequent to suggest a problem.

People who strive for attention from medical issues are very obvious.

He knew his goose was cooked with the police showing up so soon.

He wasn't going to go down admitting he killed his children.

His only possible out was to create the story he did. He had to find a way to not be thought of as a child killer. Blaming their deaths on SW was the only way he could shift a tiny bit of the responsibility off himself.

(I realize there was also an unborn baby, but this guy was in damage control mode big-time and didn't have much to work with in terms of the narrative, since he knew all the evidence pointed to him being directly involved in the murder.)

And validating him murdering Shanann in his sick mind.

I have to state this, it's not just me who can't understand how CW could rationalize strangling SW while thinking their 2 daughters were dead and now, here is killing his son too. I asked my DH what he would do if I needed to be restrained while pregnant. He said that he would do just that, restrain me, not strangle me. No matter how little self esteem CW had, or was attempting to gain, can I make sense of him wiping out everyone and walking away from it, alive.

Especially when he would know that killing her meant killing his unborn son, like you said. I am not buying it for a second. I discussed this with my wife, and I told her, I would grab you, I might even try to knock you out to get you to stop hurting our child (and I feel weird saying that, but she totally understood), but I would never strangle you to death, because that takes two more lives, and the only family I have left. She totally agreed.

Gitana, from what I have read in the last 24 hrs, a WS member had made a sarcastic comment about SW having MBP due to the sickly kids and then others jumped in and tried to make it stick. I think they all forgot that the OP was being sarcastic.

Exactly.

So...why did he kill her? That's what I'm here trying to puzzle through.
