With respect, you do not know that for a fact. You have been told that.
I almost hesitate to reply because I know I'll never find the link. Wasn't it posted on here SW post on a private "mom talk" group of the exact scenario with the nut situation? IIRC ?

Good Night all.

Til we meet again.

@thesaint

Did you see the previous post that stated there was no bowl of pistachios nor nuts in the ice cream? That is false information.
In response to your post on a previous thread regarding nut allergies. There are years when it's more lax on what can be brought to my kid's school as far as lunches and snacks go. But this year there is a child with a deathly nut allergy, so the restrictions are more extreme for their safety. I've also personally known someone who could not even be in the same room as someone eating anything remotely close to tree nut anything. Deathly allergic to even a dust of it. Just saying! All in all, allergies need to be respected. And even if there wasn't an allergy, if any mom didn't want her kids having something, a mil shouldn't give it to them.

This should be a sticky post at the top of each thread.

Because lord knows that if CW killed the kids and then SW killed CW; Then I doubt she would have disposed of their bodies and went to work 2 hours later.

When the saint come marching in. :)

RBBM This is brilliant.

Imagine how much server space is going to be taken up at WS by the time this actually goes to trial.
Oh lawdy! Hang on, it's gonna get bumpy! I'm hoping for a short, swift, and just trial. Boom. Although...

I wish Nancy Grace was still on TV. I went to the gym every day to watch the CA trial while on the treadmill. I lost 30 lbs!

Kids have been known to get aspiration pneumonia from nuts of any kind. That too can kill.

Apparently there are two versions of the nut incident. One was the version posted by SW on her private chat group. And the other was what was posted here by our VI. So maybe there is more than one incident?

I think it is OK for me to accept the homicide detectives and DA's opinion at this time. It's not like I am pointing my finger at him, with no evidence. The investigators had to submit evidence to the DA, in order to bring these charges and arrest him.

Whatever they have seen and collected, forensically, led them to bring these charges.

Just because this man says that the pregnant woman he strangled to death was really the killer, it does not mean I have to believe him. His version of the story does not ring true to me, for many reasons.

His wife had just spent 6 weeks separated from him. She already told some friends and family that she was headed for separation. She had a lot of support from family and friends. She had her own income and a place to stay if she needed one.

There is no reason to believe that she would suddenly and brutally strangle those babies, over old news.

And if for some reason, she had done so, he would have called 911 immediately to try and save them. And if he saw his 2 girls were dead, he wouldn't then kill his only remaining child minutes later.

YES, my mind is pretty well closed, in terms of this scenario being thrown out there by CW.

...as was said upthread, an open mind is good, but not so open that your brains fall out...
Ditto.

SW posted something but we do not know it to be true. We can’t post it here because it’s a SS, not a link.
Our VI disputes the “facts” of this particular incident, however.

It’s the same incident.

Agree. The MIL did not give CeCe nuts.

Yes! And it was posted here correct? Because it was written by SW it could be posted here? Or at least the link?

Again, that is not a fact, it is your belief which you are entitled too, but it is not a fact.

If it was a link to her SM we could. I don’t believe it is though.
