Whiteorchids: FakeBook, that's how I call it; way before this case. But, maybe I'm too old fashioned. Lol

Not old fashioned...gave up social media since 2016.. Apart from websleuths and YouTube.

My days are way more productive without having to be a slave and constantly check..check what? What other people have cooked? Or someone's depressing status?

For my mental health, it was the best thing ever.

I finally taught myself to quilt thanks to YouTube lol...

Thank you. I’m glad somebody said it. We’ve gotten to the point where we’ve lost all common sense and need a verb-word marketing campaign and gimic to live.
Your quote wins the internet for me today!!!!! I love it. Can I use it sometime?

I'm kind of with you on that. I mean I will admit that sometimes kids have subconscious feelings that they act out in play. That's possible that they sensed something.

But I do not believe it is likely they were abused prior to the murders, or that he was practicing on them. And kids do odd things all the time. Then sometimes parents post those things because they seem so bizarre.

There are whole Rediit threads about creepy things little kids have said or done. Like:

"I was tucking in my two year old. He said "Good bye dad." I said, "No, we say good night." He said "I know. But this time its good bye."
Had to check on him a few times to make sure he was still there."

"Daddy sleep" then pushing my head underwater at the pool."

"I jokingly asked: "What's the best way to get a girlfriend?"
7-year-old's response: "Tell her to be my girlfriend or she'll never see her parents again."

"I work in a preschool. Creepy **** gets said and done all the time. The one that sticks out to me happened last year. There is a small kitchenette area in our classroom that the kids use during free time for playing house or whatever pretend games they think up. There was one little girl that I was keeping a close eye on, mostly because of how withdrawn from the other kids she was. I noticed she was playing with a babydoll in the kitchenette, rocking it back and forth and singing to it.
She then took the baby, shoved it into the play oven and slammed the door shut. She turned around, looked straight at me, and said, "Sometimes bad babies go in timeout" in the creepiest little girl voice I've ever heard before smiling and running off. That one kind of shook me."

The thing is, it's the coincidence and timing of this photo that's creeping people out. Hard to not see something sinister in retrospect. But my feeling is it is likely just a coincidence.
One that happened to me, with a girl about 7-8, I was showing her some birds in a bird book, saying things like hey, look at the yellow one with the stripes, we were making up stories about the birds, and she said "the daddy of the yellow one hits that baby bird", pointing to a smaller bird on the book plate....

I just reread the arrest affidavit. The top bed sheet and several (?!) pillowcases were found on the kitchen trash can.
So, the fitted bedsheet was the one found on the field next to SW's body??? She was strangled while she was asleep on her own bed???
or they had an argument and she was pinned down on the bed???

@bonjoviblonde : IIRC you were asking yesterday about the location of the bedsheets and pillowcases.
he put bedsheet and pillowcases in the kitchen trash can. Does anyone know when trash day was? It seems like he hadn't finished his cleanup and was probably planning to after work. I wonder if trash day was the next morning.

She posted something on her SM, I think. I would think he would know, but we don't KNOW that. IvI' been trying to make sure assumptions don't turn into facts.
Yes I totally agree too many rumors as it is

I am only speaking on my no fault state. I did not buy my ex out of the house. We did a quit claim deed and that was it. My ex and I have 50/50 custody and he pays child support. Well, he is supposed to pay child support.

Who got the profits and why does he owe child support and not you?

Nor did he say all 3 were strangled. Only 2 were strangled. The other 1 is assumed only. Patiently waiting for the coroner's report...

They may not release the autopsy reports, especially for the children until trial?

Colorado youth autopsies would be removed from public documents in measure on verge of final passage – The Denver Post

PUBLISHED: May 8, 2018

This article is discussing a new bill. Does anybody know where the bill is right now?

"Colorado lawmakers are on the verge of approving a bill removing autopsy reports involving minors from public documents available under the Colorado Open Records Act.....
The late-session bill was approved overwhelmingly by both chambers — 63-2 in the Democrat-led House and 32-3 in the Republican-led Senate. The House’s vote Tuesday sends the bill back to the Senate, which, after considering minor amendments, is expected to send it to Democratic Gov. John Hickenlooper.....

Under Colorado law, surviving families and other parties can ask a judge to seal a minor’s autopsy report. The bill allows parents and legal guardians, law enforcement, criminal defendants and various state agencies to access reports..."

Sorry if this is a dumb question but will LE release the coroner's report on SW to the public before trial?

Exactly. C.W. is the only living person who can shed light on what exactly happened. He won’t tell us, and the evidence only provides part of the story.

I think the physical and electronic evidence is going to shed some light on the situation, and we will be better able to tell what likely transpired.

Well if he put his hands around her neck and began squeezing as she lay in bed asleep, I don't think she'd have the chance to scream. Or if he just came at her suddenly.

But this has me thinking. And re-thinking certain, possible scenarios. He took the bedding off the master bedroom bed, right? Which suggests she may have been in it when he strangled her, because why else remove the pillow cases and the sheets and try to hide them? He seemed concerned about getting rid of any possible evidence that he murdered his wife.

Unless that is where he killed the girls, who may have been sleeping in mommy and daddy's bed? But otherwise, that removal of the bedding, coupled with no neighbor hearing screaming suggests she may have come home, checked on the babies and then gone to bed before he killed everyone. So it's possible he did kill them second.
I really wonder how much of his motive was wanting to break SW’s heart. If he wanted to see her completely destroyed hard to imagine anything crueler than calling her to the Master bedroom w/“hi honey come here, I have a surprise for you” and when she walks in the girls are on the bed. Or not doing anything— waiting for her to come into the MBR assuming he’d be asleep and instead finding the girls.

I agree. I’m mostly referring to exactly what was going on in that marriage and what he was thinking. Not so much what happened, but the why.

I've totally read that subreddit lol. (This is awful but one of my favorite subreddits is "children falling over").

Well then the murders happened Sunday night/Monday morning, he went to work as usual, was expecting to come home after work and throw out anything he decided and trash would be picked up Tuesday. Simple clean plan. He could have even planned to throw out some of their clothes and toys, to look like SW took stuff with her.
If this is the case, then the date he chose to do this was premeditated too.

NC is 1 of 7 states that still has the "alienation of affection" law where a spouse can sue the AP for adultery. I'm really reaching here, but I wonder if the family of SW can sue the AP or CW for any type of civil damages, including pain and suffering. Just curious! JMO

Would they not go by the state the victims and ap live in? Law wise?

Oh my gosh!!! My mom is the sweetest little lady on earth. Just absolute perfection. But for some reason she laughs super hard when people fall. Not kids so much, but adults. So naughty!!!
