@Colorado303 thank you so very much for being verified.
I have been reading along since the beginning but rarely post.
Your insight is so very valuable.
Nice to "meet" you,
Chi

Thank you. It’s been hard losing her and some of the post-crime character dissection afterward has almost been worse. i can honestly say in the time that I knew her I NEVER ONCE heard Shanann judge another person, speculate on anyone’s character or criticize others behind their back. She was all about encouraging people to be their best, and she was a positive energy in many lives imcluding mine. It warmed my heart to see how genuinely happy she was when one of her friends accomplished something. Job success, weight loss, relationship victories, adult graduations, new babies — she rooted for it all and celebrated when it happened.

She would never have dreamt of questioning someone’s life, motivation and character the way hers is being picked apart by total strangers. And she’s not even here to defend herself. It’s the main reason I decided to go through the effort to be a VI. Everything she valued is being questioned and she deserves to have somebody try to keep baseless rumors at bat. It’s what she would have done in a heartbeat for a friend if she were here.

❤️❤️❤️

I wish we had a love button. She sounded like a good friend and so do you. :(

He may have discarded the sheet on Monday and didn't bother to take the trash out on Tuesday.
or
He discarded the sheet on Tuesday after the trash pick up, or on Wednesday.

Hmm.. But the scent dogs were there on Tuesday. How come LE didn't discover the sheet and pillow cases until Wednesday?

Where were those items on Tuesday?
Puzzling..or I'm not thinking straight.

Your thoughts
I attached the affidavit. Read it and see what you think. The way it’s written, it’s hard to get an exact understanding on the timeline. I think I’m right.

Per the affidavit, LE found the bed sheet and pillow
cases in the kitchen trash on Wednesday, before the drone discovered the bed sheet and the clandestine grave at the oil tank site.

Also to note, CW must have been contacted by the Frederick PD by 7 a.m. on Tuesday morning, learned SW and the girls didn't return home Monday night and that is when the Frederick PD contacted the CBI for assistance, and ultimately the FBI.

I can’t imagine being someone in your position, someone who knew Shanann, and having to read the speculation that she was involved in killing her kids.

Most of us find this notion ridiculous, but you KNOW that it is (not to speak for you).

He covered his boy's eyes with coins and laid him to rest in the house.
Then failed miserably at electrocuting himself at the electric company his recently estranged wife worked for.
The saddest thing was walking into his house. Shoes still there in the hall. He was 6 years old.

I'm so sorry. You're among friends here. Lots of people who have lost those dear to them. :(

The only reason I can think of, for the bedding being in the trash, is to conceal and ultimately destroy physical evidence. So likely something along the lines of the case you mentioned.
Agree. The sheets could have had vomit, spit, urine, who knows what else on them. From who knows how many different people.

What was the post about? I hadn't heard that.
It was something about Tiger Woods. He seemed to use Twitter for mostly sports retweets and likes.

Wondering how many times did CW initiated the calls to LE versus LE contacting him during the "missing" phase.

Just jumping off this post and not directed at you, (I'm not sure if you're indicating anything), but are most people always super polite with their spouses and kids? My mother is. But I'm not. I can be a yeller and impatient. And sometimes I say things that aren't nice. (Although I don't think saying you're not helpful in a video is rude). You know most people aren't perfect. I'm not. I can be a jerk with my loved ones once in a while. But I'm the first one EVERYONE in my family comes to for support and unconditional love.

I just look at her face and how she seems to look at her husband and kids for the most part with a lot of love.

Take this video of her birthday for example. It's her day and everyone is standing around singing happy birthday to her as they wait for her to blow out the candles.

But all she has eyes for are her little girls. Just beaming at them enjoying themselves. It's not about her, which would be the case if she was a narcissist as some have suggested:

How precious, haven't seen that one. Thanks for finding it. :)

Great catch!!!!!
I looked at his twitter — most recent posts, likes, media before it was locked. I recall there being a lot of retweets and likes. But I can’t recall the final few dates and times.

I understand. Trying to find an answer for something.

I don't think too much of the doll photo. It's definitely creepy now that we know something happened to those poor babies, but I can see kids doing that, especially little CeCe. To me, it looks like the doll is actually wrapped/rolled (not just covered up) in some kind of paper, maybe wrapping paper. It has folds in it like the folded sheets of wrapping paper you can buy. I can see a child laying a doll on a piece of wrapping paper and rolling it up and putting it on a sofa and saying it's sleeping. Kids do funny things like that.
It is a twister mat, per her comments on the photo.

The affidavit shows they found, the day of the wellness check when NU was there, that the bedding from the master bedroom was on the ground. I guess days later they found bedding in the trash. I didn't realize that distinction until @Layla123 pointed it out.
gitana1, I re-read the affidavit and I read it to state that all the bedding was on the floor beside their bed and that the bed was completely "stripped". I read it to mean that everything was on the floor (albeit the fitted sheet would be later located in oil field) and the mattress was exposed. Then the following day when LE located the sheet in the field by use of a drone, that LE checked the kitchen garbage can and found the matching sheet and pillow cases. Does this mean that CW put the sheet and pillow cases that were on the floor beside their bed on the first day that LE came for wellness check and afterwards CW put the sheet and pillow cases in the kitchen garbage can. No one else could have done that. IMO.

Also, can someone clarify who and how SW cell phone got discovered because in the affidavit it just says that it was located in the loft area behind two cushions. Who found it?

Do we know what post she liked on twitter and what the time/date stamp was in between the hours of 10h12 and midnight?
IIRC it was a sports related tweet.

I know the bedding was off the bed and/or on the floor, but I wonder if he had washed it already. Too many unknowns. But there had to be something on those sheets. Or, he just didn’t want any sheets from the bed that had touched his dead family.

I couldn't tell what Chris said to her that promoted her annoyed response. His other comments were friendly and supportive and it is toward the end of her rambling that apparently some were signing off. JMO
That was what I observed as well MyBelle.

He never called. Shanann’s friend called police after she went to the house and couldn’t make contact with Shanann. She believed that SW was home, as she could see her car.

LE ultimately beat C.W. to the house and conducted a preliminary search with his permission. The wheels really got moving when Shanann still hadn’t returned by 7AM the following morning.
