I can't help but wonder if he was diligent with the kids meds for the couple days she was in AZ, "sprawled out on the bed blue". God forbid something happened while he was bbq'ing Sunday night and it was too late before he realized.
They do turn blue when they’re having an asthma attack. It’s awful! You’re right.

What proof, or even insinuation, or even any FB post do we have that says that she had a lover?
I think you may have missed the original post I was referring to
Of course but as another poster mentioned his possible learned helplessness may have prevented him from seeing leaving as an option

Then he was a weak, cowardly man. His helplessness didn't prevent him from having affairs. Surely one of those partners would have taken him in and helped him.

Why would the wife have to agree to the separation? Did he want to kick her and the kids out of the house? Separation is easy, you walk out the door.

It's not always that easy - just saying.

Well, several family members knew, as well as a co-worker at SW’s mother’s salon. I think it’s fair to say it was at least discussed (perhaps not agreed to) before the night of the murders. MOO
Also it was her first trip back to NC for people to see the girls . This was not a yearly thing . Odd to find out you are pregnant with a possibly high risk pregnancy in first trimester for such an extended trip . And a witness heard her speak of possibility . It coincides with lack of interaction at beach trip together as well imo

They get circumoral cyanosis. They do not go completely blue faced.

IMO I can’t think of a reason she would want a divorce. Her company lifestyle of luxurious trave, cars a nice home not only depended on that image but gave her validation and constant attention for it. She had been through “a horrible divorce “ before which led to her depression ..
Now she has children that she can’t possibly manage with her career alone. Should she want to possibly entrust the AP person in that role if she knew of one.? SW had a reason to be upset . She never felt he had game to find someone else . CW seemed to have done a majority of the housework after working a 40 week. He was used to managing that part imo . No way would She want to go back to nc and start all over in humble beginnings . I don’t think custody would allow that since judge would look at stability if school and friends of children . She was the one in my opinion losing everything .
CW did the majority of the housework after working 40 hours a week? Like mowing that postage stamp size lawn with a humongous power mower? She was carrying his baby and caring for 2 more of his babies plus "working" as much or more than he did, 24/7, if he did bother to do some housework, at least that would be normal.

Maybe he was tired of seeing SW's denial of their marriage troubles and projecting an image that was far from the truth. MOO
Right. So he deleted his Facebook, and he killed her and the kids. Because he didn’t want to be together anymore! A separation and divorce + kids means having to interract with all of them, contentiously with money troubles, for the rest of his life. His only solution was get rid of them all.

That is what I am asking. Why didn't he just leave her?

It's not always that easy. I'm sure I'll never hear the end of it for saying this, but IMO when kids are involved you don't just leave. I think is says something that he didn't just leave. JMO

I am sure that it is a lot easier than running around in the early hours of the morning to dig shallow graves and dumping your children in oil vats.

So true. I was going to point out that they'd be after her for "never" posting on SM!
It’s gotten to the point you can’t say anything on SM anymore. It’s just nuts. I’ve never had any accounts. So ... peaceful. :)

Exactly. He likely had many affairs but finally decided he wanted out because he was serious about the single co-worker AP. It would make total sense for him to move in with her. That's probably why he was already planning to sell the house the day after he murdered his family. IMO.

I said per affidavit and my question was asking per affidavit vs. what a VI had told us. For those of us trying to see a y’all opposing side, this/these are legitimate questions.
What point of yours am I missing that I didn’t already try to cover for the masses with my posts?
Because CW's words are not verbatim. He may not have said he woke her to talk about a separation but to talk about the separation. Also, I don't read everyone's posts. Roll and scroll.

Agree, if she wanted the separation why all the posts saying how wonderful he was up until that day.
IMO and based on own personal experience in this SM world, sending the AP a message (albeit not specified by name or hey woman, back off my man), and to CW how much she wants their family in tact.
You even stated he deleted his FB because of her messages of this kind, right?
What is your opinion now as to why he deleted his accounts, has it changed now? Not snarky, wondering, for real.
Glad to see you back hugs.

If he had asked her lots of times for a separation, why didn't he just leave?

Maybe that’s what he was trying to do that night.

I’m curious where do you see that he did most of the housework? Are you going by her posting on fb and thanking him, or where did you read this? She seemed pretty independent to me and could take care of herself if they separated. Her family seemed to help out a lot and I guarantee would have done anything to help her. Of course it wouldn’t be easy and she wouldn’t have the picture perfect life she probably envisioned, but would her killing the kids give her that life either?

But remember, they were only missing at that stage. He was planning to sell the house on the second day that they were missing.
His story is just one big lie.
