Hopefully if there was an injury it will be documented by the jail when they strip-searched him and made him cough. I'm sure any bruises, bumps, scratches or other injuries will be noted, photographed and analyzed to determine if they were sustained during the murders or before.

Hmmmmmm, to take photographs of any bumps or scratches or injuries, would they need a body warrant for that @Mrspratcher or other legals here? I would think they would need that, but then again do they do that sometimes to prove that there was no violence with a police department?

Yes, for all we know he had a plan in place, but something triggered him to move faster.

My theory is that they had 'an emotional conversation' and his wife said ' Fine, go be with your new ho, I am taking the girls to my friends in the morning, then we are going back to NC...I'll text ya where to send the child support...'

I think all his plans went out the window because he had an immediate deadline now. Once she left him, he would not have any access to making up the 'she just walked away angry' theory anymore. If she was safely in her parents home, he'd have no access to implement his plans.

So he was forced to strike that night. JMO

Wait, what? Bella was killed when SW wasn't there? Where is that stated? He had many sexual encounters with a wide variety of partners? Where was that stated? The VI we have here said he didn't have many girlfriends.

SW didn’t arrive home until 2 AM. that evening. Don’t know what time Bella was killed. According to People Magazine CW had a wide variety of partners. This is just a theory that makes sense to me with the information we’ve been given, but I hope it’s a bad one.

Kind of a big difference in what we should be/are observing.

Because of the context. We KNOW he was lying, he has admitted to that.

Some videos of Shanann within the context they were taken (promoting Thrive), and people are ready to accuse her of murder. Comparing the two, defies all logic.

I see flourish's point tho- she does seem to be lying a bit about how well they are doing and her happy, married to a hero marriage.
But there is still a big difference in the 'what' that they are lying about.

The only photo I know they took during the booking process was his mug shot. I’m not sure what else their booking process would entail. Post booking, they would need to secure a court order or his consent.

IMOO, the Thayer's expressed more grief and pain at the loss of SW and the girls. That was abject grief. The Thayer's weren't smiling or preening for the media, they were humble, devastated and bewildered at what happened. Yet the "grieving" father is smiling and perfectly groomed for his close up. That says a lot to me.

And NAU. I feel so badly for all of them. None a single one of them could contain their grief. The only one who could and did, was the one closest to them and that's because he wanted them gone. MOO

Disclaimer- not a legal opinion as I'm not an attorney, I've never even played one on TV

IMO They could have taken pics of any injuries during questioning with his permission. If he didn't give permission they'd have needed a warrant. If he had injuries IMO he would have let them take pics.

Start at about 07;15 of this 8 min video---he is smiling for the entire last 30 seconds as he talks about his girls. But they were murdered by his wife the previous day. Why the big smile?
