Well, they haven't given it up yet. No discovery as of 2 nights ago.
I can hardly wait to try to figure out why tho.
Are you saying the defense haven't got it yet?

Hmmmmmm, to take photographs of any bumps or scratches or injuries, would they need a body warrant for that @Mrspratcher or other legals here? I would think they would need that, but then again do they do that sometimes to prove that there was no violence with a police department?
This fight for evidence is so odd to me! In UK, only need your permission for blood/urine. Otherwise, police have the right to take photos of you, fingerprints, DNA by cheek swab or head hair root, as well as skin surface swabs-- all without permission.

So you think he was scared , jumpy and stressed. Why wasn't he grief stricken, considering he'd just seen his wife strangle his little girls?

Those feelings that you described, fright, nervousness, stress, all have to do with HIS SITUATION---his fears are all about him not getting caught. No emotions evident concerning the loss of his children. JMO

BBM you nailed it!

Start at about 07;15 of this 8 min video---he is smiling for the entire last 30 seconds as he talks about his girls. But they were murdered by his wife the previous day. Why the big smile?

You may interpret that as smiling I don't have to agree.

One still of him proves so much but multiple videos of her proves nothing. Pretty amazing.

Yes, because her social media videos promoting Thrive during what she thinks is a non-murderous family environment is equal to live news media interviews after he admittedly murdered his wife and unborn son and at the very least watched his precious daughters be murdered, and his entire family is supposedly missing.

I'm not sure this constitutes an "oh, snap" comparison. IMO of course.

Ugh, double post! So sorry. Gotta start paying attention to just one thing at a time. ;)

Still doesn't really matter. We know his whole family is dead, one in shallow grave and two little girls in crude oil, so it does not matter what his feelings are in the interviews.
We know that he is lying his head off. We do not need a body language expert to tell us that.
We can see with our own eyes that he is not acting like a bereaved husband or father.
We do know he is guilty of killing his pregnant wife and putting the bodies in #crude oil bc he has confessed to that . The motion about the may be prints on trash bags even stated the defendant won’t testify to bc it was relative to “collection evidence “ this was stated on second page of motion . The reason we have the information is his confession . I think the interview does indicate anxiety , deceit , stress, disbelief ,shock . We know he was not telling the truth during that interview bc now we have a confession as well . What is unclear is how to convict someone because you only believe 98% of the confession.

Its not just one still though. Its the entire video of his behavior that is so unsettling.
SW is the murder victim, she didn't murder her family, although CW would like us to believe that its all her fault for "making him" do what he did with his crock 'n bull story of seeing his daughter being strangled by SW. And if SW did make fun of him in her videos on FB he could easily have done what many men do: walk away, get a divorce, pay alimony/child support and build a new life. They don't murder their wives and toddlers and unborn son, then dispose of them in crude oil before lying on tv and preening in interviews about his shirt. IMHO there is NO justification on earth for a man to murder his pregnant wife, unborn son and two helpless toddlers. MOO MOO

Yep, my eyes may be bad, but they're not that bad. I guess it bears repeating; here is what a bereaved father looks like:

Her father is truly heartbreaking.

But again- I haven’t seen anyone here claiming CW acted like a bereaved father in those interviews. (For real question- has anyone claimed he acted like a normal bereaved father would?)

Not at all directed personally at you- but round and round the mulberry bush we keep going

After you've been arrested or before?

Its interesting to see the differing opinions about CW's demeanor in the "hipster" interview here on WS. (That's how I think of it because of his appearance and behavior.) I have re-watched the hipster video many times and what I observe is someone who is furtive and uneasy NOT because his wife and children are missing, but because he KNOWS he's not going to get away with it. He underestimated LE and media, and thought he'd have more time to "tidy up loose ends", but NUA threw a spanner in his works. I'll bet he wishes every day that he was back in his "unhappy" marriage and not in the miserable cell he'll be in for the rest of his life.

Well, at least he has his big house without the ball and chain of a wife and children... smdh

Probably why court cases here in the USA take much longer

They should have had the right here as well. Per “Katie’s Law” anyone charged with a felony is required to provide a DNA sample in the state of Colorado. Prints would be standard as well. It’s a mystery what happened here.

I'm really struggling to see how that theory makes any sense.
It makes sense to me because it answers the question why kill the children? Never made sense to me before. But I do realize it’s a huge stretch, and there is absolutely no concrete evidence to back it up. But I saw him with his children, and I believe he loved them. Something BIG must have gone down for him to believe the best solution was to kill them. Something that jeopardized or threatened him, personally. There had to have been something in it for him, and it had to be bigger than not wanting to pay child support. I cant figure out what it is.

Sorry but I take everything AB says with a pinch of salt.
I do too, haha... but that one is easy to know because of the prosections request. No request if the defense already has them... because they could release anyway.

An old adage from sales department, " when you're out in the field, it's easy to play the field"
And an oldie but a goodie: don't dip your quill in company ink!!!

They don't seem to have a problem with DNA though. It's hand prints, foot prints, etc. Are those classified the same?
