Interesting, I have read that some men don't have the same sexual arousal towards their wife after she has been pregnant and given birth.
Well that was my opinion based on a life of reading books, watching movies, etc. And I did not say he was like that, but he could have been and the contrast between the 2 women's bodies could have been a trigger. IMO

Of course it might have been a lot different off camera, if you have perused her available videos then you know a very tiny part of the day was covered. And the director is the boss.....ask any movie star....
I think she was the boss. She acts like the boss, she talks like the boss, and CW reacts as if she is the boss. Respectfully, I don’t just think it was on camera.

IMO you could barely tell she was pregnant. And IMO

The last thing a guy would do is cheat on the woman carrying his unborn son. And strangle her to death. And kill them.

And most likely strangle his baby girls. That she carried and birthed.

And then throw them all in the back of his truck and dump them in oil and dirt.
Then smile for the cameras. JMO

Who the heck does that? He did. imo

Edited to add: Some men are more attracted to the woman carrying and giving life to the baby they are inviting into the world. jmo

Sure, she very well may have been a dominant partner. But it is one hell of a leap to say that this is in any way, evidence of her involvement here.

Just because a person behaves submissively, doesn’t mean that they aren’t capable of violence. In this case, horiffic violence.

And that results in her, her babies, and unborn son being strangled and dumped in oil and dirt how?

Not being snarky. Serious reply. jmo

Okay, let's say for the sake of argument that she wore the pants in the family, how does that translate into a case that CW's confession holds water?

And I think it was most likely more balanced off camera. and that the part we see on videos, he didn't seem to care at all at all about having a film director. People at family reunions filming the occasion are sometimes obsessively nuts giving orders. (IMO)

It seems to me that if a wife is the dominant partner she immediately becomes domineering, but the words do not have the same meaning.

I am super bossy in my videos. Because my husband is naturally more introverted and quieter, I probably come off that way when we're out together in public, too. However, when it comes to our actual household and marriage, things are much more balanced and democratic.

Unfortunately though, as we have seen in other murder cases it does happen.
We do know CW had an AP even though he knew his wife was pregnant. And I think that nuttmegg had an interesting point here as quoted in my previous reply:

There are guys who absolutely HATE a pregnant body, and I don't know if he is one of them, but if he had just spent 5 weeks of nightly bliss with a curvy unpreggers lady he might be the kind of guy who really didn't like the contrast at all

IMO, the sharing of and at times, heated discussions of SW FB videos, including the most recent one with the girls playing in the water fountains, is an innocent attempt to understand how a seemingly normal, loving husband could murder his entire family and not stop there, but proceed to discard their bodies like trash. There have been serial killers that showed more respect for their victims by attempting to cover their faces and/or bodies. Another family annihilator, Robert Mochrie, at the very least, “pulled the duvet covers up over the heads” of his wife and two kids before killing himself. Everything about this case is horrific but the manner, in which CW disposed of his two daughters, is beyond comprehension. IMO

I've already watched the interview videos. How can he smile at all? And show off that shirt? How on earth can he do that when he knew exactly where his wife and children were and knew exactly that he had dumped CeCe and Bella in oil and thrown dirt over Shanann and Nico?

That's the questions we keep asking.

If they were already dead, would he just leave them in the bed (if that’s where he killed them)? I’m wondering if he “stored them” in the garage or something.

Is there a basement or crawl space again? Tia. Fridge/freezer in the garage?

I agree with your reasoning.
Why leave them in bed?
If he did, possibly body fluids will be found there.
The kiddies may have already been placed elsewhere, ready for disposal, after SW's murder was completed.
If in the truck, or other areas, we will soon find out: Blanket fibres, body fluids, DNA etc

As we have read, the estimation of kiddies deaths may be between the 12th and 13th, so possibly he had placed them in the oil tanks, prior to SW coming home: two trips.
I guess GPS, Cameras will prove this later.

I recently, followed a Preliminary Hearing trial: the Cameras, GPS, Phone info presented just prior and during this hearing, was most damaging to the accused.
We spent months speculating with our theories, then 'voila'.
We will find out soon.:)

He has public defenders? I am surprised Mark Grisgos (sp). Scott Peterson attorney. He loves to be in the spotlight

has

True. I have kept thinking that some big shot private defense attorney would show up for the publicity. In fact, I thought awhile ago that they'd been retained based on tactic I've perceived.

But no. And looking at the motions the PD has filed so far and other things I'm observing, he's got a scary good PD team. Pronoun typo aside.

Really good. I'm impressed and they scare me.

I'm missing the evidence of a "curvy" "unpreggers" woman. Although we do have info per the affadavit there was an affair with a coworker.

Well leaks kind of tell us there's tons of that evidence in this case. We shall see.

What case was that?

Does this mean that all costs of his defense will come from tax payers and that he won't have to pay any legal fees, even those of the best expert witnesses the defense wish to trot out??

Would a hot shot lawyer want a case that seems to me, is not very winnable?

  • #999
Because if it's sitting in the garage it's probably old lawn mower gas and you'd only do that with no alternative? I do think Sark06 could be right about alternate disposal method. But setting a fire at an oil field would probably draw unwanted attention pretty quickly. Could be that he was in a panic and just tossing in anything he thought he might need.
Wondering if the plan and use for the gasoline was going to be used or was used to hide the smell of decomposition odors in the burial site/sites. Maybe the plan was to bury them all together, or separately and the gasoline was poured in the grave it could possibly dissipate the decomposition odors but then CW decided on a different scenario for the girls. Maybe he still used the gasoline for SW burial.

You don’t have to win in order to get attention. And if this becomes a death penalty case, and this goes to trial, saving his life would be a win.
