If there was a struggle with CW, I’d expect she’d lose or damage a couple of them. Autopsy report will note that.

If there was a struggle she was not able to scream for help because he had cut off her voice.

When my son was two and started throwing temper tantrums my pediatrician advised me to ignore him. He said if the tantrums didn’t result in rewarding my son by giving him what he wanted, he’d stop throwing temper tantrums. It worked.

I thought that everyone knew that. I did all those years ago when I was a first time mother at 24.
