There were none of those issues demonstrated with Scott Peterson. The articles of F.A. note I believe that there is rarely domestic violence and that the reason is not usually revenge. Scott Peterson was extremely charming and social, IMO. I agree it is hard to comprehend because I see videos of CW and I just can't see it - but the studies of family annihilators and the my common sense of evaluating his behavior post-murders leads me to no other reasonable conclusion.

My perception of CW has nothing to do with Scott Peterson or what his behavior or actions were.

I was traumatized with fear/panic/anger... would probably be his answer.
I agree that will be proffered by the defense, to which I would say...not only is that not what any reasonable loving father would do in this same position, but even more importantly...too traumatized to call 911 to save your girls yet within 15 minutes (by your own timeline) bundling them up to drive and dump them in crude oil tanks? Too traumatized but having enough wits to text/call your dead wife within the next few hours to establish you didn't know they were dead?

Yes. The gas/oil company my husband works for definitely requires CPR & first aid training. I think most if not all of these companies have pretty strict safety rules.

Thank you for that info. I can't help but ponder what CW's explanation could possibly be to support his assertion that he did not kill the girls.

If he did not kill them (which I don't believe at all), I imagine he'll need to explain his resuscitation or help-seeking efforts, or lack thereof, that was attempted to save the girls' lives.

IMO, if it is discovered by LE that he had previously been required to complete CPR training for work, this would just be another factor, IMO, that would work against him in this case considering that against all other odds there could have been at least some attempt on his part to personally try to save the girls lives.

Reports are to be produced to the judge and defense, and there will be a closed hearing (in camera) to decide if the reports will be sealed. For now they will be marked confidential and not subject to disclosure.

Thank you. What does "in camera" mean? Does that mean the hearing is taped?

And undoubtedly part of that CPR training requires you to have someone call 911 ASAP...IMO they don't tell you to go it alone...

I agree family annihilation do exists and some kill, I'm not arguing that fact.

All I'm saying is my perception of CW doesn't fit with a family annihilation at this time. I don't believe CW thought his family let him down, or that he's anti-social with rage, anger management and resentment issues. There was no known acts of domestic violence patterns and I don't think CW acted out with revenge. jmo
I share your perception. Until we learn more actual evidence, I'll hold it. It's a tad early to proclaim CW is a family annihilator just because he's accused of it. JMO

Not to mention that her depression eight years ago was merely the starting place for the message she was delivering in this video and if you watch the video, throughout the entire thing, she's motivating, uplifting and inspiring people!

When you sign up for the Le-Vel experience, you’re not just buying a panacea for all life’s minor ailments, you’re buying a gigantic, instant social network of like minded people who will support you in your effort to live your best, happy, positive life. It’s a brilliant concept that would probably work just as well without consuming the product. What a great way to bring people together.

Looks like we will have a final decision on the matter by Oct 2.

I wouldn’t be defending a murderer either, but I’m sure it’s depressing for his family as well and hard, but I also think that they could be defending him and also making Shanann out to be the evil one.

MOO JMO

In theory, a family in a situation like this might find it extremely hard to think their child/brother/cousin could do something like this. They might be desperate to believe his version where he's not quite such a monster. And they might start looking for faults in the wife to try to explain to themselves why it might have happened the way their loved one says? I'm sure that's happened in a lot of cases before, family members have stood by convicted killers a lot of times, they've spent years desperately looking for new evidence to take to appeals courts, they've traveled long distances to have prison visits. I think it's very sad, and to con relatives into believing the murderer is innocent, or at least culpable only of a lesser crime like self defense against a person who was themselves doing something really bad, it's another betrayal by the murderer, they're betraying their loved ones by selling them this lie.

Thank you. What does "in camera" mean? Does that mean the hearing is taped?

It means in the judge’s chambers or in a closed courtroom.

Google search says "chamber" so maybe it means "in chambers"...I dunno, just guessing until someone with a JD fills me in:) But thanks Jennifer

The people I named in the post you quoted are all people who know CW. They have talked. We heard them say exactly how they put two and two together.

Not really. They did not say anything about how he acted in the past . They said nothing about past lying or inconsistencies they noticed. That is what I am wondering about,

It is hard to imagine that a person who vould kill his family had no signs. For instance, Ted Bundy tried to drown his fiancee. At the time, she was uncomfortable about it but dismissed it as a joke. When it came out who he really was, the drowning took on a new meaning.

That is what I am wondering. What in his past now has shown who he really was
