Also IMO if it did happen when she got home why would he wait three hours before leaving ? He left earlier than usual anyway at @5:22. Why not leave at 3:00? He would have had more time to dispose of bodies. And some time to stage the house . IMO he didn’t sit in the house for three hours with the dead bodies not even attempting to gather her purse and phone to dispose of . If it happened between 4-5 am IMO fits the timeline they were used to getting up. Thus a heated discussion time possibly about the other woman the 2am time and her sleeping on couch upset.
Could he have just sat for some time, thinking about what he had done? Maybe he took a nap, after the pysical and emotional let down following the killings, and a drop in Adrenaline? If he killed SW first, it may have taken time to work up to the next killings? (IMHO the girls were first, before SW arrive home) His mind is different and broken.

Do we know that the bodies were left at the same time? I know that they were found together, but did he say (I'm looking for affidavit) he left them at same time? Has that been established?

There is absolutely nothing to suggest otherwise.

Forgive me for replying without links, but IIRC he told LE he loaded the bodies in his pickup, but I'm not sure if he actually stated it was all at the same time.
Me either, thanks.

also I don't think it's been answered if he actually had 24/7 access. Ive always wondered if he had to go through that cervil arch and maybe would have attracted too much attention had he gone st 3-4 am.
Yes, and there's the GPS and the neighbor (the one who went to the gym on weekdays) who said he never left that early. It would have caused several red flags had he left even earlier than he did.

That was my first thought too (cleaning). But, I really don't think there would have been much to clean. If it were me, I think I would have been packing, lol. I don't know. ?

MOO

I don't know how much there would be to clean but I was also thinking if the AP was ever in his house he might want to eliminate any trace of her fingerprints, hair, etc. It wouldn't look good if police found another woman's fingerprints all over the master bathroom/bedroom. Then again, maybe I'm overthinking since he wasn't very smart and left the top sheet and pillowcases in his trash can.

'Absolutely No Evidence' Shan'ann Watts Killed Her Daughters: Police Source

A source close to the investigation tells PEOPLE that Chris’ alleged defense is not plausible.

“There is absolutely no evidence that she killed her children,” the source tells PEOPLE in this week’s issue. “None at all. And there is physical evidence to tie him to their murders. Strangulation is a very personal way to kill someone, with a lot of physical contact. Just based on the preliminary evidence, everything is consistent with him killing them all.”

Not looking good for him. The police sources are saying that because there was so much ‘physical contact’ during the strangulation, they were left with a lot of physical evidence, which ties HIM to the murders.

I think that means that there are ‘handprint’ bruises visible on those little necks. And those hands are big male hands, not smaller female hands. Which is why his defense team is trying so hard to scramble out of the way, to avoid giving his prints over.

They are even calling up his ‘constitutional rights’ to avoid handing over his prints. Talk about a stretch. CW is pathetic, IMO.

If it is the same there as it is where I live, yes, he would have had 24/7 access as he would carry keys to the gates, etc. I am not clear as to whether he had to drive through the Cervi arches. If that was the case then yes you are most correct in saying that would have attracted too much attention. JMO

Shower, shave, get dressed for work, coffee, breakfast...did he work out in the mornings?

No...they are doing their job. The shouldn't be willingly doing anything absent a warrant since their client has been charged.

I was responding to your post saying nothing SW did was "equal to putting a dunce cap on a kid and putting them in a corner"

Maybe not equal but IMO close to.

I assumed the important portion of that sentence was 'putting a dunce cap' on a student in the class. I assumed the 'humiliation' aspect of that old school punishment was what Human was talking about.

But now you are posting this picture of a mom putting her kid in a time out corner at home, and saying that is 'close' to putting a dunce cap on a student at school.

And I am in total disagreement.

Thank you for this! I notice something new every time I look at his interviews. With this reading I noticed he says "Last night I was, I had every light in the house on". I wonder if that's true and he was concerned that maybe the neighbors noticed that all the lights were on? Was he up late scrubbing floors and cleaning? We know he cleaned well enough nothing was visible to the naked eye on the well-check walk through with NAU but he had to have known the police would be back with a forensics team. I wonder if there was the smell of bleach anywhere when they went back with the dogs?

I wish he had used bleach. Chlorine bleach will remove a bloodstain to the naked eye but luminol will still show any blood that is present.

On the other hand, if he used oxygen bleach, all traces of blood evidence would be removed.

Now there's a handy tip for any would be murderers!

Upon arrest would he not have had his prints taken by police ?

This is what I think, too. I think the children were already gone and taken away. And he likely attacked Shan’ann pretty much right away, IMO. I imagine she wanted to at least peek in on the girls before going to bed herself, and an “emotional conversation” resulted when they weren’t there. Etc.
I lean that way too. Also wonder if the girls were already bagged.

Sure, it can be said they are doing their job. But their deceitfulness does not escape me. On one hand, they are saying that his wife was the strangler, and they are expecting forensics will prove that. So the State says OK, give us your palm prints and let's see if that is true. And suddenly they balk, and say the State 'has no cause' for that information.

No Cause???? The defendant buried those two strangled babies on his job site. That is all the cause the state needs to ask him for his handprints, imo.

IIRC we had discussed that several threads ago. That possibly the reason he had every light in the house on so if neighbors/or anyone were watching, they wouldn't be able to tell what room he was actually in if he was "cleaning up".

Mmmmm you're giving him a lot of credit here, Marli. It makes sense but I'm not so sure.

I think it’s highly likely she had the app on her phone to be able to see the monitor, and also frequently used FaceTime. So, IMO, this isn’t a probable scenario.
IMO, he could have kept the monitors off and she wouldn't be facetiming her daughters after 6:30 pm if that is about the time they usually went to bed.

The humiliation factor to me bc it is displayed on a public forum in a taunting way. SW has a SM history of ridicule IMO on her posts. Whether it is towards CW or the girls. Example the water gun post,

Something just occurred to me. IMO there is a very good chance the children were dead before she arrived home, but.... in light of our recent posts in this thread discussing his coming & going from the Cervi 319 I don't think he would have chanced driving out there on a Sunday evening. That would also be a red flag if co-workers or the ranch owners would have seen him there at that time. So IMO if the girls were already dead they would have still been somewhere at/in the house & he loaded all the bodies up at the same time & dumped at the same time.

So she was 'taunting' Bella by posting that pic?
