When we discussed this a few threads ago, I came to the conclusion, after lengthy back and forth between members here, that he left at the time that it would be exactly Sunrise before he got to the spot.

Somebody threw that out there, and showed it was almost exactly the time of him leaving the house that he would get there at the dump site that the sun would be rising.

If I recall correctly, at that time folks here had the maps with travel times and the sunrise for that day.

Moo
I think dawn happens earlier from my experience, curious about AB using sunrise time when it's easy to see a long time before the official sunrise time.

Mmmmm you're giving him a lot of credit here, Marli. It makes sense but I'm not so sure.
It wasn't my original thought, it was just discussed as a possible scenario. :)

Thinking about the premeditated vs not debate... Would CW have killed the girls prior to SW's arrival home, knowing that she wasn't driving herself home, that there may be a slim chance upon arrival that someone else (NU) may be coming inside w/her? And the flight was supposed to have landed a few hours earlier. I know it was late, either way, whether the flight had been delayed or not, but SW may have asked her to come inside quickly for various reasons - maybe she had some products to give her, maybe NU needed to use the bathroom, etc. SW could have run up to check on the girls and THEN WHAT? Now CW has company AND children who are no longer alive. Just pondering about the possible premeditation aspect. If the girls had already been removed from the home, I assume the neighbor's security camera would have captured another truck back-in earlier, if their camera runs during the day or evening.

I can't believe he said he was taking tools to work in bags. Huh? He's a mechanic; he would know that whether you're a car mechanic, a plumber, carpenter, oil worker, or any profession requiring the use of tools, they are usually carried in tool boxes made of metal, wood or plastic, or heck, even a cardboard box. Can you imagine placing tools like a circular saw, drills and hammers in a plastic bag if you were a carpenter? No! The bag would stretch and rip instantly.

I lean that way too. Also wonder if the girls were already bagged.
So what do you think he did for the three hours before he left as they were bagged and ready to go and he did not load them in truck till after 5am . To me it’s a crucial piece of the timeline that they woke up at 4-5 am normally. I really am interested on the other view. What did he do for three hours ?

Thank you for the lively discussion this morning! I am off to get ready for a baby shower. Everyone play nice while I'm gone.:p

Great point

Of course I would not and I would rather want other people to believe I had a nice life and everything was always fine... ;)
I don't know why she uploaded some of the videos. What would the VIs say? Are some of them still around?
Maybe it was something she just used to get used to after a few years. Perhaps she lost or never had the feeling how important the privacy of her family (especially her kids) were. That seems to be a common problem nowaday. But if she treated Chris bad on and off the camera I would expect him to end this tragic situation for him and to leave her. They were even still intimate with each other... I mean that wasn't something I would still do with somebody who "mistreated" me in some way.
I keep seeing posts from absolute strangers on the Internet stating, as though it were a fact, that SW treated CW badly. Yet, from day one, every person, who actually KNEW them, who actually spent time with them, who hung out at their house, who vacationed together, who saw SWs FB posts from the moment they were posted, when they were interviewed, said SW was a wonderful person, and SW and C.W. had what appeared to be a wonderful relationship, they worked very well together, and seemed very much in love. Now, who should I believe?

IMO yes .

Taunting=
1. To reproach in a mocking, insulting, or contemptuous manner: taunted her for wearing hand-me-down clothes. SeeSynonyms at ridicule.

So you are saying that the purpose for the picture of Bella, having a timeout, was to 'mock, and insult her in a contemptuous manner' ?

SW would have to hate her child to have that as the purpose. Do you believe that SW hated Bella?

I think he probably planned to dump in time to arrive at work without raising notice. Why go to Roggen then all the way back home then to Hudson? But i do believe he meant to dump SW in the tanks too, but either got out of there because he was running late with the desecration of the children or she just wouldn't fit. Imo

also I don't think it's been answered if he actually had 24/7 access. Ive always wondered if he had to go through that cervil arch and maybe would have attracted too much attention had he gone st 3-4 am.
Interesting! I kind of assumed the oil employees used the gate to the pasture just to the right of the arch and that the Cervi was gated partially for that reason, to keep out misguided oil employees. Thinking outloud.

Also IMO if it did happen when she got home why would he wait three hours before leaving ? He left earlier than usual anyway at @5:22. Why not leave at 3:00? He would have had more time to dispose of bodies. And some time to stage the house . IMO he didn’t sit in the house for three hours with the dead bodies not even attempting to gather her purse and phone to dispose of . If it happened between 4-5 am IMO fits the timeline they were used to getting up. Thus a heated discussion time possibly about the other woman the 2am time and her sleeping on couch upset.
Maybe he sat on his bed for an hour or so contemplating what he’d just done, and what he was going to do next. Maybe he pulled the covers over his head and cried. Maybe he went down to the kitchen and fixed himself a cup of coffee. We have no way of knowing what he did for those 3 1/2 hours, and we never will know unless he tells us, and even then, he might be lying.

'Absolutely No Evidence' Shan'ann Watts Killed Her Daughters: Police Source

A source close to the investigation tells PEOPLE that Chris’ alleged defense is not plausible.

“There is absolutely no evidence that she killed her children,” the source tells PEOPLE in this week’s issue. “None at all. And there is physical evidence to tie him to their murders. Strangulation is a very personal way to kill someone, with a lot of physical contact. Just based on the preliminary evidence, everything is consistent with him killing them all.”

Not looking good for him. The police sources are saying that because there was so much ‘physical contact’ during the strangulation, they were left with a lot of physical evidence, which ties HIM to the murders.

I think that means that there are ‘handprint’ bruises visible on those little necks. And those hands are big male hands, not smaller female hands. Which is why his defense team is trying so hard to scramble out of the way, to avoid giving his prints over.

They are even calling up his ‘constitutional rights’ to avoid handing over his prints. Talk about a stretch. CW is pathetic, IMO.
What about SW and the girls' constitutional rights?

Sure, it can be said they are doing their job. But their deceitfulness does not escape me. On one hand, they are saying that his wife was the strangler, and they are expecting forensics will prove that. So the State says OK, give us your palm prints and let's see if that is true. And suddenly they balk, and say the State 'has no cause' for that information.

No Cause???? The defendant buried those two strangled babies on his job site. That is all the cause the state needs to ask him for his handprints, imo.

The defense should never rely on the prosecution to produce what they believe could be exculpatory evidence. The best tactic is to make the comparisons themselves after the evidence obtained through discovery. The defense should fight every request to ensure it is Constitutional.

Forgive me for replying without links, but IIRC he told LE he loaded the bodies in his pickup, but I'm not sure if he actually stated it was all at the same time.

Just thinking logically here, but if he it's going with the story that he saw her killing them, and the first time he left the house was after 5 a.m., and we know for a fact well at least from law enforcement and Nicole, that nothing was seen until she came to the door, that means they were all taken according to him at the same time. In my opinion.

The humiliation factor to me bc it is displayed on a public forum in a taunting way. SW has a SM history of ridicule IMO on her posts. Whether it is towards CW or the girls. Example the water gun post,

So she was 'taunting' Bella by posting that pic?

IMO there was no need to either take the picture or post the picture to SM.

Shower, shave, get dressed for work, coffee, breakfast...did he work out in the mornings?
MOO

You're post just gave me a thought. I wonder if he ate lunch that day? Was he eating when NAU called at noon or did he stop to get a bite on the way home while he was supposedly running through red lights to get there?
