Katy, I don't believe your posts chased off any VIs either, since 2 of them have stated that Shanann was a very loving mother and genuine person. You are defending her just like they did. I can't imagine why that would make them feel uncomfortable here.

I have a few friends who died too young from natural causes and their loved ones post beautiful tributes occasionally. Friends will tag them when posting old pictures and sharing old memories. You can still see the types of people they were before they passed away and their legacy lives on. People repost meaningful things they posted. I think it becomes something of a 21st century grave where people can visit and pay respects. The more it happens, the more normal it will become to us unfortunately as a more connected generation ages.

Long after the trial when people focus on the family that was lost I think everyone who cared about them will be glad to have such vivacious and lively posts to go back to.

I was merely pointing out an image of a smiling child and mother is not indicative of no abuse.

Of course it is not. But if you look in to a child's eyes, you can often see when they have deep sadness, even while smiling in a picture. We have pointed it out here in many sad cases.

And when I look at CecE, I see a sincere, huge heartfelt smile. I do not see sadness behind those eyes. JMO

So basically, we have an alternative scenario.

That CW is telling the truth, his wife killed the kids and he killed her, but because of his social awkwardness, his thinking is so off that he decided to hide the traces of the traumatic night and pretend it did not happen. And during the next day, he dissociates because of the trauma and pretends it did not happen and behaves in such a strange way that the Thayers are concerned.

But here is a major contradiction to this version. His behavior the next morning, the words he said during the intervew, indicate that his thinking is not off. A person "pretending that it did not happen" would merely say "I hope they just are out somewhere". But he says how he loves them, that the house is so empty without their voices, tries to shift the blame on someone potentially "holding" them - in short, he comes across as the person with perfect understanding of what had happened the previous night. To me he looks scared and probably concerned about the police's activity. I would not put much weight into him rocking or crossing his hands on his chest, but in any way, he is totally with it.

At least this is how it looks to me.

and don't forget that they might have left out the construction road behind the house. For some reason i think that is one of the most cowardly things he came up with that day. Imo

I’m just going to throw this out there. Shan’ann Watts most likely modified her behavior at certain times, and eventually all over time, to appease her husband. It wasn’t her fault if she wasn’t acting herself, or how people used to know her. She saw herself through his eyes instead of her own. IMO She wanted to please him because she loved him. And I’m sure she loved her children and was a decent mother. I can’t see where she did anything wrong. She wasn’t perfect. Nobody is.

The Watts had an intimate relationship. In Colorado, any crime is Domestic Violence if it is committed to coerce, control, punish, intimidate, or seek revenge against that person with whom you have an intimate relationship. Plus, it’s a sentencing enhancer meaning he just might not get a plea deal to avoid the Death Penalty.

These threads are getting confusing, especially when coming back after being absent for a day or so. It’s turned into a groupthink mentality developing a hive mind. All y’all are attacking each other.

So what do you think he did for the three hours before he left as they were bagged and ready to go and he did not load them in truck till after 5am . To me it’s a crucial piece of the timeline that they woke up at 4-5 am normally. I really am interested on the other view. What did he do for three hours ?

It's a possibility he went to sleep like he did when they were reported missing. Their friends, the Thayers, said CW slept and ate well, he wasn't worried and pacing the floor. Or, he watched T.V. CW doesn't have a conscience, imo.
I recently followed a trial, where a young man (Henri Van Breda) stayed inside the home for over 3 hours with the bodies of his dead mother, father, brother and mortally wounded sister. He had attacked them with an axe and bided his time until daybreak, he set the scene and concocted a ridiculous story, he was found guilty. He could have slept during those hours too, who knows? These 2 men aren't wired normally. JMO

If CW gets a non public defender attorney, who is going to pay for that? I get the impression CW wouldn’t have anywhere near the money needed for his defense. Would dad be willing to give up monies in his accounts, retirement, second+ mortgage, etc.? And for what expectation in the end?

An attorney like Baez or Gerricos and others rarely care about your payment plans.

They do it for fame and tv and book deals while growing the national media resume. Jmo

It just depends on how much media your case receives before they decide to step in.

She wasn't told she couldn't have kids. She, most likely was given the standard lupus speach about how SOME women with Lupus can not get pregnant, or can not carry a baby to term.

As far as I know, they don't give the " you might have 5 years to live " anymore. I could be wrong, that speach left me paralyzed in terror for awhile.

Sorry if this has been answered, I’m still catching up.

Some things were removed from the main timeline (but are still there in the albums) because of copious amounts of complete strangers commenting on them (hundreds!). Her friends expressed deep upset that her page was being “vandalized” by strangers who didn’t even know her and saying terrible things..

Her page was then turned into a Remembrance page. Once this is done, no one can alter anything. It will stay exactly as is forevermore (well as long as FB exists).

It's possible that whoever is in charge of SW's FB wants the world to see the beautiful lives that were snuffed out by CW.

Different doctors often tell you conflicting and confusing things when you are dealing with fertility issues. I only had one tube, and I was told everything from 'No Problem, you can get pregnant with no problem' to ' good luck, that cuts your chances way down' ...to 'better get on the adoption waiting list, you aren't getting any younger...'

SW also mentions fibromyalgia and Lyme disease on this video . Does anyone else recall any mention of those at a later date? She said she joined support groups but doesn’t mention treatment she sought for any of it. Is she implying Thrive fixed it or lying about having illness. I’m seeing a pattern of her illness disappearing with her success. Which makes me doubt it. Maybe CW quit wearing the lupus bracelet bc he found out she was not sick imo

I think some spouses, CW included, are so caught-up with their new affair -- no kids, just do what you want, when you want, no "bossy" wife, no new crying baby on the way, etc., etc. -- and especially a Narcissistic sociopath -- would do it without a second thought. I think it built up a little more each day - "I want OUT." He wants to get on with it -- "It's finally my time to call the shots, and I deserve it. Now."

I think he quit wearing it because he killed her and didn’t feel compelled to wear it anymore. He wore it for her.
