People get provoked all of the time. Someone puts leaves on their lawn. Someone is not driving fast enough. Someone disses your sport’s team. On and on about people being provoked, You never know what will get someone all riled up.

I think it was a rhetorical question, there isn't a justification for murder. But you're right, people have killed over very minor things, it's bizarre! I guess it's all about the killer, what's up with them, not about the victim. If a partner sees you as the enemy, the roadblock to their happiness, it can turn very deadly.

I’m just saying that I personally do not feel he at all fits the annihilator profile type . I do not see the baby moniter as a prosecution benefit, I don’t see him lying on interview basis he killed the girls, I think if he didn’t call 911 perhaps he panicked but still not a reason to convict for me personally . I don’t believe him having an affair would make me vote guilty . I think physical evidence directly linking him to the death would matter. I think if I didn’t see someone kill you but I had fingerprints or weapon I would convict . Same here

I’ve been lurking for awhile and decided to jump in! I appreciate the open vibe the group has and I can usually understand all sides of the argument. Personally, I agree that Shan’ann had nothing to do with killing her babies. I do believe her to be completely innocent. That being said, has anyone suspected that little Nico may not have been CWs? Or that CW suspected that the baby was not his? Could this have been the straw that broke it for him and caused a rage? I do know that one of the prosecution requests was for a buccal cheek swab which is handy for predicting paternity DNA in potential fathers. Could they be testing for paternity as well? Just a thought! So happy to be here but sad for this situation

I agree. CW didn't want to be that guy anymore -- the guy who had to watch the kids, be in videos, smile and Thrive, do housework, work out in the oilfields. He wanted to be someone else. He wanted to be the NASCAR mechanic he was when he was younger. Having those feelings are ok but he didn't have to kill anybody.

I’ve mentioned this before.

Even if his story is true, he’s a horrible human being.

In his scenario he killed his unborn baby.

He didn’t do all he could to save his kids (call 911, even if things appeared hopeless).

He desecrated their bodies by disposing of them like trash.

In his scenario he’s a heartless and selfish maniac, concerned only about himself.

In the other, he’s a cold blooded killer.

The evidence will speak for itself. For me, it already has.

It’s relevant to me because his Le-Vel job was dependent upon his FB activity. In one of SW’s fb posts she said C.W. qualified for the Le-Vel car bonus. How? When did he have time to sell Le-Vel? Between his full time job, working out, his family obligations, and his affair where did he find the time? And with his shy personality he wasn’t exactly the salesperson type. Did C.W. lead a team?

I didn't think about that, dear husband and I were in sales for a couple decades (non MLM, both employed by the same corporation) and we traded accounts and commissions frequently according to the customer. Yes, whichever we did for eachother that income was reported on others paycheck/fica/social security etc. but it seemed like a win win at the time. Once again I "assumed" that is what happened with the W's from leaning on my own experience.

Welcome and thanks for joining in. It's a possibility but I think the swabs were
probably meant for DNA analysis to compare what was found on the girl's necks.

No doubt CW is a horrible person. Freedom for him but ended the lives of 2 babies, 1 unborn child and his wife. No way to justify any of it.

I personally have no reason at all to suspect that Nico was not CW's baby, nor that CW had that suspicion.

I think CW was part of SW's team.

I see CW's role was that he was a model of success for weight loss, body transformation that SW used in her posts. The posts I saw on CW's Twitter (maybe FB) were mostly about the Steelers. It was his Instagram that had Thrive posts on it with photos. I think SW wrote those. They sounded more like her voice than his.
It was about how he had energy after work and ran 5 miles, etc.
