riolove77 even for a lawyer you have to admit that CW has been deemed 100 percent guilty for all the crimes he is charged with despite all the evidence coming forward as yet.

Why do people think he is guilty as charged? Could it be because of his inexplicable actions after the deaths of his children?

I honestly keep responding to opinions asking for an actual theory, such as Shannan had the motive and emotions to strangle her babies. I've asked for real theories to support CW's accusations, because some here do.

But unlesss I'm just missing the posts, I'm not seeing any theories based on evidence.

I'm posting sincerely and not with snark. I would like to hear the theories behind the posts asserting Shanann could have, did, had reason to strangle her babies. With some kind of supporting evidence.
CW left plenty of evidence. Per the affadavit we know the horror he confessed to.

Just wait until Netflix gets their hands on this case. They really know how to bring out sympathy for a murderer.

But I digress.

Everyone, please stop and think before you post. This is not about being "right" or "wrong". This is about a multiple homicide involving a pregnant woman and dead children. This is bigger than all of us. The bickering and sniping has got to stop NOW.

Thanks Liltex
We miss posting with you on threads.

That’s interesting. I remember reading a post that said once it’s memorialized, it’s there forever. As if no one has any control over it at that point.
there are ways to remove it just need to do the research.

Maybe she stripped the bed after they woke up because she was planning on washing it. If I remember correctly, they normally woke up around 4 am and we all know her house was spotless.
jmo

Not to be contrary, But why would a pregnant woman, who had been ill the previous day, and returned from a business trip at 2 am, be up at 4 and stripping the beds?

I find that hard to believe. Sure, she said they usually get up at 4. But I bet she doesn't usually go to sleep at 2 after a delayed plane flightt.

You're right Gitana. They know what they're up against now.

Katydid, ignoring or excusing CW's actions.....that's the part I really don't understand. Even if SW did strangle her girls, which I don't believe, it seems the things we KNOW he did for a fact are being ignored or excused or downplayed. I've never seen sympathy for a murderer like this before.
What facts do you feel are being ignored, excused or downplayed?
TIA

Per the initial order they had two days from receipt of the report to respond to the state's motion. So I think by Friday is accurate. Or Thursday.
Yes, I'm thinking no later than Friday. Possibly sooner though.

I need more evidence or just more information in general. I have not been swayed enough to say he’s guilty on all 5 counts and a trial is not needed.
jmo

Has anyone here said a trial isn't needed? We aren't a jury though. We are just people on a message board who have formed an opinion based on the evidence we have so far. I do think people have strong feelings about his guilt and also strong feelings about how the victim has been treated. She's not a suspect except in the minds of people who have taken a dislike to her from SM and choose to believe the words of a confessed killer.

At the very least, we know that he brought that bedsheet with him to the dumpsite, likely as en effort to conceal her body during transportation.

She had just got in from a flight, and was likely exhausted. Doing laundry probably wasn’t the first thing on her mind. Sleeping likely was.

CW had other ideas.

@Bluff "all the evidence coming forward as yet"

Respectfully, what evidence? I am sincerely asking that question. Do you have inside information that we don't?

What evidence showing that CW's story is true and that Shanann murdered her babies has come forward?

They've more than likely got the info stored by now and also even if you delete the account FB can retrieve it with a warrant if need be. Pretty sure they will have obtained a search warrant for CW's deleted account.

Yes. But I don't believe they are allowed to delete it. Even if posts can be retrieved.

Or let me put it this way- the state has an ethical duty to try to preserve that evidence and not allow what's called "spoilation" of evidence. And to advise people who may be in control of it, accordingly.

Even if it may be "retrieved" somehow.

There hasn't been anything on SW that didn't come from opinions of her SM, other than one VI who said "what has she done", someone who was admittedly close to CW.

We may need to stop thinking CW is stupid because kudos to him, his attorney, his father or whoever came up with the SW did it defense. It's kind of working. I have faith though he will get what he deserves.
I can't get past the direct evidence of his stupidity in thinking that people would believe a pregnant woman would just disappear with her girls and leave everything behind and that there wouldn't be a thorough investigation with him as the prime suspect.

The "she did it" defense was just desperation when he was found out. IMO

I don’t have an answer - I wish I did. There are many questions that can’t be answered by any of us. I’m just throwing ideas and thoughts out there that could possibly fit.

CW dumping the bodies of his children like trash. Likely stuffing them into a tiny hole.

CW burying his wife in a shallow grave.

CW lying about where his family was, on national television.

CW trying to sell us a scenario that is unprecedented in the history of American justice.

ETA: Obviously you will know about the search warrant for his account.
I think the post was in reference to SW's account, which I think the family would not delete as it is evidence.

Hi WS Peeps! I note the autopsies are in and have been shared as discovery. I also note that there's no change in the charges.

No change in charges, is good.
So autopsies may implicate CW.

She arrives home at 2 am probably exhausted, most likely didn't take shower but must have at least washed her face, brushed teeth, changed into night clothes (15 min?), sleeps less than 2 hours, wakes up at 4 am, then wants to do laundry right away? I don't know about that.

He put some in the trash and some at the corpse dump site. Why? And why would it matter if SHE stripped the bedding since he did that.

Not by a court of law, he isn't.
