The only way CW can ever be free, is if the jury pool is from Pinellas county, FL.

I suppose one could have "reasonable doubt" that he killed his children. (I don't, but will defer).

But there is absolutely no doubt that he killed Nico, an unborn baby. Even if he killed SW, trying to save his daughter. His uncontrollable behavior killed that baby. He will go to Everlasting Hell, after this life. This, I know to be true. He can never repent or be saved after that horrific act.

I really have an issue with his attorney, the same one who defended the gal who cut a baby out of a pregnant woman's uterus. I am sure that these souls need an attorney, but both of them are beyond redemption. I know I wouldn't defend them.
Oh hadn't realised it was the same one.

EBM: Wrong post quoted

We're looking at it as sloppy because he got caught much sooner than he likely anticipated. (He didn't anticipate being caught ever, IMO.) I believe he thought he had more time to tie up loose ends and NUA ruined that for him. We have no idea what he would have done if LE wasn't involved so early. We could be discussing in the future what a mastermind criminal he was if things had fallen out differently. JMO.
I don't think the disposal was planned because he still had the neighbors camera to worry about since her nor kids nor car would ever be seen leaving at all.

It just seems the idea of murder was there. But it wasn't suppose to take place that night at the house. Idk.

I'm going to be watching very closely the next couple of weeks because I believe if there is anything in the autopsy that supports CW's version, at the very least, his attornies will be asking for bail. Any of our attorneys here, please comment.

I don't believe there will anything in the autopsy, because I'm convinced he killed them all. But
I'll still be paying attention, because if the defense makes no moves. I'll believe that to be significant.

I'm still looking for the new evidence against Shanann... that has been brought forward.

And a reasonable theory supported by evidence that CW isn't... imo... the cheating spouse who strangled Bella, CeCe, Shannan, killing unborn Nico and in doing so the climbed each separate ladder to dump his babies in oil and throw dirt over Shanann and his unborn son Nico.
jmo with affadavit to support my opinion.

I’ll be watching, because I’m so damn curious.

I highly doubt there will be a bail attempt, as he still killed his wife and unborn child, and committed multiple felonies in regards to body disposal (regardless of everything else).

Unless the charges were to be amended to something less than multiple murder, he’s going to remain behind bars.

I can’t fathom that happening.

I can't fathom it happening either. I believe that nothing will happen, because I believe the autopsy nails CW! But I'll be watching very closely all the same.

Our system wouldn’t work, if even the most vile defendants didn’t receive adequate representation. We don’t get to pick and chose who receives 6th Amendment rights.

I hope he gets a great defense, albeit one that fails miserably.

I agree. People who do heinous crimes merit a defense. I guess it is true, maybe this attorney just happened to get both of these cases. I guess he can't refuse a repugnant, morally corrupt client. I would quit my job, before I had to defend people like this.

Reminder: Websleuths does not condone violence of any kind, including wishing violence upon a prisoner or an alleged or convicted killer. It is fine to comment that someone may end up dying while serving a life sentence, but it is not okay to post that you hope someone kills a prisoner. This is just one example.

Also, Websleuths does not take a stance on religion, but please do not bring religion into posts.

This post falls at random.

I think that some women (straight, married, have children) may defend CW with the subconscious idea that if he did it, so could their spouse. So, if they place the blame on SW it can't happen to them. They would never do this to their own family, their husband certainly wouldn't, now they're "safe". It was just some "other" high strung woman, couldn't happen here, no way, never...

It's always important to look at the subconscious reasons why we might be reacting to an event in a certain way. I know that I view this case subjectively, others must too, but some people don't stop to censor or ruminate enough. Not speaking of anyone on this board, but in a general sense.

IMO

Agreed. No matter who you are or what your profession is, most of our opinions are affected and rooted in bias, consciously or unconsciously. Bias meaning perception and life experience, traumatic and otherwise.

and put them in the bin?

Exactly. A quick review of the affidavit shows it was impossible for SW to have put the bedding in the kitchen garbage. LE didn't do that, either, because the last time they saw it was on the floor of the master bedroom, on Monday.

All opinions are welcome here from what I understand. And IMO it would be productive to have those opinions backed by a real theory that can be discussed.

I keep asking for that. And unless I'm missing posts... never get a response. Just more speculation and assertions... judgements. Without a real theory to discuss. Lots of speculation without evidence.

All just my opinion of course. MOO.

Sleep well. Sweet dreams or no dreams at all.

Shine like Shanann.

Edited to say... kinda depressing. imo. That some can't just believe who Shannan showed us she was, and believe that that "man" did too.

I believe Shanann. And what she showed me. And I believe him. And what he showed me. I read the affadavit.

I am going to post my theory but too tired now. My theory of what happened is not going to be rationale. Everything that happened to that family that night/morning was irrational by definition.

All right, folks. This thread is closing for the night. Harmony or Tricia will open the thread in the morning.
