They’re probably going to say he completely saw red and went nuts. Panic button....what? (they’ll claim). He was not even thinking straight or about anything like that. I don’t buy any of this, but they have to try and sell something.
Yes, I believe they have to claim extreme panic...followed IMMEDIATELY (remember his own timeline allows no time for pondering and sitting/thinking for a while) by a focused, detailed plan to tamper with evidence, hide the bodies, call/text his dead wife in cover up, and make it to work likely on time. Amazing!

Why on earth would LE presume they were on a family plan? Seems to me they would want to protect the integrity of the investigation by obtaining a search warrant. JMO

How do you know they didn't obtain a search warrant?

This is the very crux of my issue with his BS story, IMO. The problem of having killed his wife had a solution. It would have been justifiable. No jury would convict and all that... He had killed in defense of others - his babies. That could be a normal reaction. Except that’s not how he reacted. He didn’t call 911 and try to save the kids or his wife and unborn son. He didn’t explain his understandable rage and grief to the police. He loaded everyone in his car and he threw them away like garbage. Jmo.

Maybe. Too much red tape. And we all know there are wrong convictions. He would be afraid he would be busted.

I am not believing this but throwing it out there. I am sure we all know people who have covered up stuff cuz they did not want to get busted. He four year old with frosting on his face does not want to get busted

I, for one, can't wait for the trial to see what this big Gotcha! moment is going to be.
We have the Gotcha moment, several times already, in these interviews, his lies to LE, his actions in disposal etc etc

I wish he would, to spare Shan'ann's family (and his, as well) the anguish of a trial, but I don't think he will. But I hate that the living victims of both families will likely have to endure a trial.

I feel the same - I can't imagine. It's truly heartbreaking. :(

Exactly. You did that for a dog, and CW wouldn't do that for his children (I’m ignoring the fact that he killed them).

He didn't call 911, pronounced them dead, and then gave them a beautiful burial by stuffing their bodies into tanks filled with oil. Just like any loving father would do.
If it truly happened the way he said it did, all he had to do was call 911 and tell them he just killed his wife because she just murdered our children. Let them come and see the evidence, not gather them all up and hide them, from who? It makes no logical sense to me at all.

I was wondering which were alarming myself as I have not seen any that meet that description. I would like to view them if they can be found. I have seen the Santa and squirt bottle video. Are there some others that are concerning?
One where she said she had some "dark" moments after her divorce? Then there is the one where the 2 girls are having a blast on a water slide, that was concerning, apparently.

Oops almost forgot the scandalous one where she said she was monitoring a Lyme Disease blog.:rolleyes:

Shan'ann Watts Beat Odds to Have Children Despite Lupus — and 'Was So Excited' About It
She was told she couldn’t have children because of her battle with Lupus
Mum 'murdered by husband' had 'struggled to conceive' and planned gender reveal
And her pregnancy was risky. I find odd she left her obgyn after one ultra sound bc first trimesters are hard for risky pregnancy . From the time she found out she was pregnant she way more time away from him and her doctors. That seems an indication of problems somewhere with them and she disclosed separation thoughts to her mom
Respectfully, the trips were planned BEFORE she found out she was pregnant, per her own FB videos. Second, I am not sure how risky she found the pregnancy to be when she did not state she had significant problems with her first two. She only, correct me if I am wrong, said she did not think she could have children. After two, I do not think she had a huge concern that she could not fly/travel.

Do you have have any evidence or inside info that Shanann did not see a doc while in NC, or that it was recommended that she needed to see one during that time and didn't?
Or anything that supports a pregnant wife should not spend time away from her husband and with her family who lives out of state for a summer vacation with her children because she is pregnant? Particularly if that husband is a lying cheater? imo

Yeah he's the one cheating and she gets grief for spending time with her family.

Exactly. That’s a major part of why his story is so unbelievable.

It was her 3rd pregnancy. Your guard can go down after you’ve been thru it multiple times and it’s not like there aren’t hospitals, urgent care, etc in NC that she could easily go to. Also at 9 weeks pregnant you are not getting ultrasounds all the time.

I don't either. If he's guilty of killing his daughters I hope he pleads guilty. I feel awful for their family and friends.
jmo
It is a nice thought, IMO, but I can't imagine him pleading guilty unless he is convinced it will benefit HIM. The idea that he would do it because it is the right thing to do and/or would help family/friends heal went out the window, IMO, when he had them all searching frantically for SW and the girls after he had already dumped them (and didn't call 911 to try and save even one).

“I don't think prisoners care as much as we think they do. My son's killer got beat up with some regularity, from what i understand, but also secured some kind of protection... “

Male prisoners for the most part couldn’t care less about other male killers but there’s something very important you’ve omitted from your response. For all their crimes, inmates do have their own sort of moral compass that regards some criminals as lesser than others — a hierarchy so well established that prison systems are designed to prevent so-called jailhouse justice. Protection units are precisely designed to prevent attacks on the most hated of inmates.

Prisoners who have murdered or sexually abused children are considered the lowest of the low and they’re isolated for their own safety. Anyone who has ever laid a hand on a child has to watch his back. CW wouldn’t last 5 minutes if he was with the general prison population.
As he shouldn’t. No protective custody, let him live in fear.

Well, when my little dog died, I did CPR for ages, until exhausted.
The second dog trying to help me, by continually circling us.
He was displaying love for his mate.
He is now grieving, as I am.
She, like all my other decesaed Pets, have graves, worthy of kings, with lovely scented shrubs, placed nearby.
That is love, not what CW has displayed.
Yes. He wasn't burying those little girls, he was hiding them.

Well said!

Do you have links to any studies which show this^^^ ? I cannot find any.
Medical research studies? Every reputable medical source reports “inconclusive” when it comes to caffeine passing through the placenta. I could post several, but that goalpost would just be moved.

Anyway we know that NW didn’t die from trace caffeine, CW killed him.

The one where she handed her children to their father/Santa who held them on his knee to stop them getting down, disturbed some people.

He had the very hugh problem that he had murdered his pregnant wife and two daughters. Four lives, FOUR, ended at his hands, probably struggling to survive. That is why there are five charges of premeditated murder, FIVE! He then coolly and cruelly hid the bodies.

The discussion was about why he did not call anyone after witnessing SW kill the girls.

It is theorectical and tongue in cheek

But the fact that CW did nothing to intervene in Shanann's "disturbing" behavior and comfort his babies didn't seem as disturbing to some people. imo

Even in high risk pregnancies, OB visits are minimal in the first trimester. Usually one to date the pregnancy and do the initial bloodwork and then maybe one more. SW returned in time for her second trimester, which is when the problems can really start happening for those of us with autoimmune disorders and, more significantly, when medical professionals can intervene. I don't see anything unusual at all with her going away and, like you said, we don't know that she didn't receive care in NC.

Source: Lupus person here with 3 high-risk pregnancies under my belt.
