I can’t even watch it.![]()
I was going to watch, then decided I didn't want to start my day out by crying, maybe later.

Yes but interestingly the second one doesn’t... do you know if CORA hearings are generally open?
I’m no Scientist but is this saying the DNA of the animals and plant life from millions of years ago that make up crude oil, still contains their DNA?If so, I guess that answers our question about the DNA on the girls’ bodies.
It was back to work the next day for him and school starting for Bella, wouldn't he want to spend time with them when he had the chance?
I guess it’s just me. I know the end result is that SW, Bella and CeCe are dead. They were found in oil tanks. That’s not going to change. What I want to know is why.
Dark Tourism is a huge thing. So-called "murder houses" tend to get curiosity seekers. There are some people who literally travel all over the world to visit places where crimes, murders, and the macabre have happened. My family in Delphi, IN constantly complain about the influx of travelers from other states-people who take selfies in front of the victims' houses. If the Watts' house went on the market, I have no doubt it would generate a lot of interest, both from curiosity seekers and from legit buyers who aren't uncomfortable with such histories. It's even possible that it would sell to someone who wanted it BECAUSE of its history. The Visillica Ax Murder House charges people to spend the night in sleeping bags. Of course, it is reportedly haunted, but some people travel to it simply because the whole family was murdered inside.
Too much big brother, IMO.I have a quick question re: the health insurance and SW's pregnancy.
In Missouri, if the wife is pregnant, a couple can file for divorce but a judge will not sign off on it until after the baby is born and paternity is established. Once that happens, the court will proceed and determine who is responsible for health coverage of not only the children but the former spouse. Is there a similar law in Colorado?
It seems there is a delay between the date pleadings are filed and when we have access to them. For all we know, Defense may already filed and/or joined in on the State's Motion and the Court may have filed a new Order. Hoping the Court releases more documents today so that we have a better idea of what is happening.
I am wondering whether the fact that the court has deemed the reports confidential (order C17), would mean that any hearing would be 'in camera'?It mentions a hearing, which is what is required by the statute. But, you are right, it doesn't mention whether it would be in camera. Perhaps since the media is now an interested party, the hearing will be open to the public.
No, I do not know if they are generally open to the public.

I do know that the register of actions will be posted today. I just finished reading an interesting Order from the James Holmes case. It appears that a register of actions is uploaded every Friday afternoon. That is consistent with has been occurring in this case.

Thanks.
This may be a stupid question, but is there any chance this trial would be televised on national TV? I doubt it though, because the last one I watched was on OJ.
the kids regular bedtime was 630 so not unusual imoI agree. My kids weren’t allowed anywhere near a hot grill. I, personally, don’t find anything odd about the story. At 7:15, as a neighbor observing a lone Chris grilling on the deck, I’d expect that the kids would be in bed. Or inside, away from the grill. Even in retrospect, I don’t find it a big clue that something was wrong.
JMO.
To me she’s the spitting image of Shanann at about that age.

I thought the owners said they had no idea a murder had occurred in the home, but they wondered why a piece of the wall and carpet were missing. When they found out, they didn't seem to be bothered by it, but they did not want to tell their child what occurred. I heard once that if a murder occurred in a house someone was considering buying, it had to be revealed that a murder took place there. I have no idea if that's true....Travis Alexander home, who was killed by Jodi Arias.
All I can say without a scientific poll conducted and without violating TOS regarding social media, from what I’ve seen, imo, is a wide spectrum of opinions on CW’s motivations and behavior.
They run the gamut of fanboys/fangirls who believe in his innocence no matter what, to people who reserve judgment but think he did it, to people who just reserve judgment, to people who believe he did it no matter what.
JMO, but I compare it to someone who commits suicide and people say they never saw it coming, even close family members. Many people then spend time trying to figure out what the trigger was and why (absentknown mental health issues).

I’ve been around long enough to accept that we may never get a why, and even if we did, it would probably be a lie or further finger pointing at Shanann. You can’t make logical sense out of evil insanity. I believe Chris Watts murdered those precious little girls, and at this point all I want is for there to be an abundance of physical evidence leaving no room for even the slightest doubt in anyone’s mind, so no one will ever again accuse Shanann Watts of being anything other than the tragic victim of Chris Watt’s evil acts that she was. Shanann Watts was a beautiful person and a devoted mother, and she didn’t deserve this. All I can say without a scientific poll conducted and without violating TOS regarding social media, from what I’ve seen, imo, is a wide spectrum of opinions on CW’s motivations and behavior.

The fact that it stood out to the neighbour suggests to me that BBQs were commonplace but it was odd that the kiddies weren't outside at that time. However, as SW wasn't due home until about 11 p.m. I can't imagine why he would have killed9 them so soon. I think it's more likely that they were in bed.
