BBM. Why would water trigger asthma?

Exactly. And even if it could, why is that relevant when it did NOT?

It is so strange to me the things people choose focus on that were not even in a video. It always just seems like they are saying she was "doing it wrong" in their opinion, instead of stating facts of what actually happened in the video and how that applies to the murder. We can debate whether Bella liked the water being sprayed at her (I think she was having a blast and enjoying it) but what does that completely subjective opinion have to do with these murders? She may have had an asthma attack so SW was wrong to do it?o_O Or it somehow indicates SW could strangle her kids because she was unaware of what could have happened while spraying water, even though that NEVER happened? What, what? :confused:o_O:rolleyes:

But they are not the same two things. One is a water fight and the other is dumping dead children in oil tanks. Are you giving them the equivalency?

Respectfully, you seem to want to dissect every aspect of my opinion. And rereading my comment will show you I am in no way giving them equal weight, because it's apples and oranges and no comparison is made.

To put it more plainly for you, CW being a horrible murderer doesn't magically make me regard the "spraying" video as very nice. Additionally, I stated I feel the spraying video could not show SW was at fault or trigger CW to kill them all.

I'll let my words stand and people can try to understand them or not, as they choose.

Or....he wrapped them in bedding because it was what was handy as he had a 40 mile drive to make and didn't want anyone noticing the dead bodies in the back seat?
I wonder what the speed limit is on that highway? Guessing it's more than one lane each direction now lol.

I agree PommyMommy.
Your beautiful response, to a Poster, I also disagreed with.
You look after your loved ones, treat them with respect, and when deceased, give them a worthy funeral.
You look after their remains, because you love them.
Even each of my beloved pets, have been treated with respect, and buried in beautiful scented surroundings.
Oil tanks where bodies are decomposing, alongside a shallow grave where animals can dig at remains, is not caring, or leaving them together with an emotional connection.

No worries, Backstroke10! I was not responding to your post (although I did mention I did not see sadness, either, myself). I can see why I confused you because I also touched on your post. But the gist of my post was to address someone else who believes SW might have committed the murders and that there is evidence for it in this video. No worries! I can't figure out multi quotes either! :)
LOL Thank you Best of What's Around! I can now see my posts are all messed up in this thread and I don't know why  I apparently can't even figure out how to insert a single quote. It looks like I keep tagging Jennifer17 and I have no idea why.

It is really interesting how the neighbor's surveillance camera captured every movement on the driveway of CW's house, SW home at 1:48 am, CW backing the truck into the garage at 0530, and driving to work a few minutes later.

CW had no idea that N was going to be so persistent. He must have been crazed coming home and seeing the police there! He probably thought he had at least a day or two to get organized and call the police.

What is particularly interesting, is that the police knew he had killed his family, prior to CW's confession, they had already done ariel surveillance with a drone of his work area, which was documented by the GPS system in the work truck.

Amazing, how technology is helping police catch criminals. 20 years, none of this technology was available. How the heck did they catch the criminals then?
Often, Occam's Razor. Now technology just helps confirm it faster.

Lol! Now that I know that you can't help it, I will not be offended. I am laughing. Don't worry about it.

Cold water in the face can trigger a gasp reflex. It affects breathing. I am not a doctor, just someone with asthma.
It’s only a spray bottle, not a hose directly aimed at the face. Her daughter was having fun. No indication she’s hurt

I guess everyone's asthma has different triggers. I have terrible asthma. But have had many water gun fights and never had it trigger my asthma. Mine is triggered by smoke and dust. Not water in the face.

Watching the video, it didn't like like she was having any breathing problems during the water fight...

Two things can be true at the same time.
Obviously, putting the bodies into crude oil tanks is heinous and desecrates the dead. That doesn't mean the spraying video isn't kind of strange. The horror of the tanks doesn't somehow undo the oddness of the spraying.
She was, IMO, not wise to spray Bella in the face because that could trigger her asthma. I notice poor Dieter wants out of there and he zooms into the house when the patio door is opened. I got the feeling SW was maybe restless feeling, put out a bit - maybe CW had already been cheating and it made her less kind than usual.
SW being unwise one time doesn't make me think she was any less a victim. It doesn't make me think she triggered anything in CW. It makes me think she was under a strain, maybe the strain of realizing infidelity. In other words, her sharpness in some of the videos is likely a REACTION, not a CAUSE.
MOO!
Do you have asthma? If so, are you also implying that taking a shower could trigger an attack? I think SW was an extremely loving Mum, and one that would never endanger her children. Carefree summers with squirt gums are some of my favorite childhood memories. They were low tech and inexpensive -- and came in every color you could think of. Brilliant fun.

Maybe it could. But it didn't. I think everyone who watched the very long water spraying video can agree with that. So what point are you trying to make by bring up something that could have happened but did not happen? How does it relate to the murders? I look forward to reading more about your viewpoint tomorrow. :)

Continuing the deduction...

If SW was murdered in her bed, she was either ready to go to sleep, or was sleeping already when she was murdered. From this we could deduce, she either checked the girls before she went to bed and they were alright, or she didn't know they were dead.

She definitely did not strangle them, then casually went to her bed to go to sleep.

Conclusion: She did not kill the children.
Yes. But that's IF she was murdered in her bed. Although it certainly does appear that that's the case, we don't know for ABSOLUTE sure.

At the risk of appearing a bit slow, I must ask were were sheets found with the rubbish AS WELL AS on the bedroom floor ... AND with a sheet at the shallow grave site, too!? Or was it just simply conflicting reports? (I think I’ve become a tad confused!)

Good morning/ afternoon , I wonder how many threads we will have by the time Shannan’s , Bella’ and Cece’ case goes to trial, and they get justice, if it actually does go to trial, we are on thread 40 already. I have a feeling it’s going to be a very long process, but if it means they get the justice they deserve then so be it.

No, not as well, they're the same sheets/pillowcases. The bedding found lying on the floor beside the bed as described in the affidavit and the subsequent time it's found in the trash can is mentioned as August 15 -

On August 13,
at approximately 1340 hours Officer Coonrod was dispatched to 2825 Saratoga Trail on a check well-being (CWB) call.
......
At Officer Coonrod's request , Det Baumhover responded to the scene and arrived at approximately 2.35 pm.
.......
Upstairs Det Baumhover observed the bed in the master bedroom had been stripped of its bedding, which was lying on the floor. Officer Coonrod and Det Baumhover both checked the bedding for signs of foul play but found nothing.
......
August 15 - The sheet matched the pattern of several pillow cases and a top sheet recovered from the kitchen trash can from the Watt's residence earlier that day.

The actual day and time the pillow cases and top sheet found in the trash can that matched the fitted sheet found at the tank site isn't detailed in the affidavit, it was between August 14-16 - the two day investigation period LE were questioning CW. I don't know if a day and time was reported elsewhere.

Edit: dixiegirl has posted the day was Wednesday, August 15.
