He regrets nothing. Why would he dump the bodies of his daughters in crude oil if he felt guilty about killing their mom? You are not making any sense!

Will SW's health be brought up at trial? For instance her lupus diagnosis, treatment and progression, and any mental health issues she's had? If there is something in her past it could help his case. (Not suggesting there is - just wondering if there is can it be used?)

It's a high probability as he is accusing her of killing the girls. I think if he hadn't then her medical issues probably wouldn't have been allowed in. Even so the state will try their best for it not to be admissable.

He's had enough time for the shock to wear off and still has no emotion. Even if his attorneys asked him to sit still and not react, how could you not at least look like you are trying not to cry?

It was days after they were deceased that the bodies were found. I don't think that an autopsy can differentiate if they were killed within 3 hours of each other, if two of them were one hour before the other. I just don't think that differentiation can happen in that short period of time.

I know you're being a devil's advocate on purpose, you have stated that, but this is going to be tiring to go on and on with each scenario.

The autopsy should be able to determine the size hands and pressure applied to their throats. That and all the other evidence of him being a liar, cheater, I can’t see a jury believing his ludacris story

I think anytime you move a corpse, change its position or anything that would disrupt the crime scene, it is considered tampering with a corpse.

More than likely tampering with the evidence rather than a corpse.

I’m wondering why the master bedroom sheets were stripped and on the floor. And LE checked them for signs of foul play but found none. So why were the sheets stripped?

Then, more sheets and pillowcases (matching the sheet found where bodies were located) were found in kitchen trash can. I assume one sheet was used to wrap the bodies in, but why throw the others away? And Nickole said the girls’ beds weren’t made so these must be separate sheets.

What’s up with the sheets? Any ideas?

He worked there for a while . I would think (again maybe not that smart) he would know the size of the tank things. WHy not dig one hole - it quicker than going up and down stairs ( I suppose he could have been strong to carry the girls together) but it just seems like really disorganized

If one is planning on a triple murder what to do with the bodies certainly seems like it would be included in all the premeditation.

If it was all planned why not kill the children the day before -- easier and more time to address stuff. But if his confession is accurate - which fits more - and all of a sudden you have three bodies to get rid of in a couple of hours that in a way confims his report of the tradegy that occurred and is very congruent with his quick confession - he could not bear that he put his kids in oil and did not want them to remain there.

We have to remember the satelite stuff he helped them with. He wanted his kids out of there -I think that is why he confessed.

I don’t think the jury needs a timeline. His story is totally lacking in credibility. It’s all going to come out. He’s the cheater and liar in the relationship. Just doesn’t make sense that she killed the girls, so he killed her and dumped the girls in an oil tank. Would you buy that? No parent who cared about their children could do that, ever in a million years.

About 70 minutes round trip. Plus the manway covers have very large bolts--8 of them--that would take some time to remove. Sometimes, if they are rusted, they can be very hard to loosen. Thinking he may have loosened them ahead of them. Also, when I Google Mapped the location, the road says "limited access." I am thinking it had a gate...lots of roads to well sites do...and he either had to key in a code or use an access card. Personally, I think Anadarko was instrumental in helping them find them. There are hundreds of wellsites and this one was very remote. What are the odds that they would find this one particular wellsite if Anadarko had not gone through their records?

Oh my goodness! She liquidated her separate property (sell of HER home), put it into this house (most likely), and solely put him as the owner on it!!! What was she thinking! Does Colorado have separate and community property, or how do they divide stuff up if a couple divorces?

An FHA loan is for a first time buyer. She had previously had a house. They wouldn’t have gotten that loan if they applied together. She was probably thinking that it was in their best interest to NOT put her on anything legal so they didn’t risk not getting the FHA loan. She was later put on the deed. I am not on our mortgage, but I am on our deed. That actually benefits me if crap hit the fan in my marriage.

I think he confessed because he knew it was over. LE presented him with enough evidence to show his guilt.
He made up his crazy story as a last resort hoping to buy some time.IMO

He sat there, looking straight forward with like no emotion. He licked his lips a lot which is something I have noticed he does when nervous, on the front porch interviews and in his college presentation. If that presentation was for class, I bet he didn't get a good grade, it was awful.

I think it's because the girls were last seen alive on 8/12 at the birthday party. SW was last seen alive early on 8/13 by NU-A when dropped of at home. imo​

I did think this too but BBQing seems odd if your cooking for just yourself but maybe that's something he normally does. I'm hoping the children's stomach contents help nail down a somewhat accurate time of death.

I grill for myself often if my husband isn’t going to be home in time for dinner. It’s quick and doesn’t heat up my house. I think the grilling thing isn’t really a big deal since there are so many more glaring issues in this case imo
