I do. Because that slimeball tried to pin it all on Shanann, who clearly loved not only her girls and her unborn son, but CW's sorry behind.

I want to see the autopsy reports, the interview transcripts, read every detail of the court proceedings and deals. Full disclosure. Every single solitary thing that has been kept behind closed doors in case of a trial, every damning piece of evidence, every single text, every affair and lie, every single bit of premeditation they found.

Every bit of shielding and protecting right down to this "status conference" on election day with zero photos or videos allowed while he stood in front of his own family for once and had to admit what he did.

And I want him to have to make a detailed statement of guilt at sentencing. An allocution, is that what it's called?

I want him to have to stand there in front of the entire world, the media, his family, her family, every single doubter and have it live streamed to the world while he admits his guilt and states exactly what he did to each member of his trusting family so that there is absolutely zero doubt before this fades away that he is a liar, a cheater, a coward, and a murderer.
Me too. Otherwise the sycophants can change him into some kind of noble character who confessed for her sake or to keep focus off the children he, er, loved so much. I want it all out there in B&W, and I want to despise the whole thing forever instead of having it kind of fade away in court hearings where he can cry for sympathy. With the family just magically disappearing despite his admissions. Sorry, that's how I feel.

The only consolation is Shanann's family (or at least her Mom) did not want the death penalty. I thought it was to avoid a trial and dragging SW through the mud even more. I'm sure that's part of it but she's made it clear to family, friends and the DA she didn't want a 5th life to be taken. Doubt I would feel the same way, but think it's only fair that family made the call.
Shanann's family is a class act. And so are you, Colorado. Thank you for being here and standing up for your friend the way you have. I know it hasn't been easy, but you should be very proud. (((Hugs)))

Me too, but I won't hold my breath.
I have to think that he was the one that demanded this plea deal be kept under wraps in the form of a status conference, and they conceded.

This I agree with 100% ^^^^^^

Actually I can see conflicting reports - some have included the “after deliberation” on all three, others just after Shanann’s.

Can anyone confirm for certain?

Edited: I was reading it wrong. Deliberation appears in all. Scum bag.

I absolutely LOVED that he said this!
Yes! Also appreciated his response when asked if CW was going to be required to tell the court what he's done. He essentially said they believe if he did speak it wouldn't be the truth. I don't think he wants CW to have one more second of opportunity to cast more aspersions on Shanann.

Thank God this family will not have to go through the brutality of a trial. They have been through so very much. I will never be able to understand the evil that exists for a father to be able to kill his precious tiny daughters, and his pregnant wife. It is unfathomable. Justice is served, but can never make whole what has been taken. However I am grateful that this evil man will never be free again.

Best possible outcome. IMO.

It would have been difficult for the family to sit through a trial, hearing the defense’s case. They get to hear Chris admit his guilt and know he will never be free.

I hope the families find peace and happiness.

Ah thank you for clarifying that, I wasn't sure if he said wouldn't or would be the truth.

There will be the autopsy, he can't suppress that. I don't see how he can get a guilty plea accepted without explaining how he did it.

Sadly, true. We can't trust one word he says unless it can be verified by other evidence. He would and will continue to mitigate his culpability if allowed to speak IMO. Coward. Some things we will likely never know for this reason. Thankfully, the evidence clearly must have proven pre-planning on his part IMO.

Please tell your friend she is a true hero. All the abuse I’ve seen about her online is just horrific too. So sorry people are so horrible and she has to go through that. Hopefully it stops now that he has confessed.
Press has already started badgering her again, but she's only going to comment if SW's family asks her to. Hopefully it will die back down soon. And the nasty social media comments too. There are more mean people in the world than I knew.

It is interesting that “after deliberation” was in Shanann’s charge but not the girls’ charges. I theorised a while ago that one or both of the girls may have witnessed Shanann’s murder and therefore it also became necessary to kill them.

On the flip side, I think someone said the DA does still not know when the girls were killed. And also, his story of Shanann would never have rung true - she’d never have left the girls.

My hope is that Shanann never knew her daughters were killed, and neither of those girls witnessed anything either. Their last moments would have been distressing enough.

Chris’ punishment should include being forced to watch his daughter singing “my daddy is my hero” over and over. Sick, sick 🤬🤬🤬.
Given that murdering his wife Shan'ann was the only charge that CW previously confessed to, I'm not giving much thought to the added deliberation language here. Doesn't have any affect at all. MOO

The DA in the press conference did not mention "after deliberation" for the children, but apparently it is there in the paperwork.

@isalybra, we are thinking about you too. Bringing forward one of your first posts here.

My response will not be a popular one. As I said in my post before, the photos and videos you see of Shanann are really how she was. Those aren't fake or posed, she genuinely was that happy and motivated! As far as Chris, I 100% believe he is guilty and deserves to pay for what he has done. However, Chris is not a sociopath. He is not the mindless "cardboard cut out of a man" people want to believe to explain how he could have done this. I do feel that for some reason he snapped. I am not saying I believe Shanann did what he is saying! But the Chris that did this is not the one I've spent time with. They legitimately were that couple everyone wanted to hate because they were so in love and affectionate like they worshipped the ground eachother walked on. The smiles and affection were real. She was so passionate about helping people feel better and become the best version of themselves they could be. Her life was about growing her business to give her family an amazing life and helping her team grow to do the same. She was an amazing woman and amazing leader who lit up any room she walked in. I won't pretend to know what happened behind closed doors except the say she WAS NOT in an abusive relationship. She and I had many talks about my own. If I had to make an assumption I would say that somewhere along the line he decided a.) He couldn't handle being in her shadow or b.) Decided that the fast paced highly public lifestyle of the business wasn't what he wanted and they grew apart. I'm sure it was a high stress situation and I'm sure it was a list of things unknown, including, his affair, that ended up with him snapping. I think after that he is to some degree emotionless but it was not always that way.

Agreed. I feel we will get disclosure of almost everything you listed. And stuff we didn't know about.

But I think it's shameful that a profession of guilt wasn't allowed to be recorded. The public has an interest in this case. A baby killer pleading guilty and admitting he was a liar.

Thanks NuttMegg. That was why I was confused.

Does anyone know if a transcript of the hearing will be released?
