I watched CW the entire time his mom and dad gave statements and I never saw one tear. He never looked up. The camera moves away from him a few times so maybe in those few moments he dropped a tear but I seen none.

He looked angry, filled with rage not sorry or sad.

Did CW have to stand when Judge announced his sentence for each charge? Camera was on the Judge when I watched.

I think the "strangling" was a slip because that's what he did to SW. Maybe just bits and pieces of the truth slipping through.

And he probably didn't realize that smothering and strangling look different on autopsies.
Yes, that's what I think too. He was trying to maintain control of the information, but he didn't do a good job. He said "strangling" and then had to stick with it.

I think that the fact that the kids were smothered and not strangled, is the key reason that the parents seem to have come around.

Had they been strangled, they’d still believe that Shanann did this.

If the timing of that text message to the co-worker is as incriminating as it seems to be, even people in complete denial may see the light.

This would have helped as well.
Right, so they should now know that was a blatant lie from him (re: SW strangling them).

As horrifying as the truth has turned out to be, I'm glad that the rumors so many of us have heard about what else he might have done to his family turned out to be false.

I still believe that he lied to NK and his family about baby Nico not being his, but I doubt they are going to disclose more than they already have so far.

Yup. It really is a game changer.

To me, he looked like he was concentrating like mad not to hear the words being said.

I understand why AP came forward last week. Life/time with her appeared to be his motive. Those nasty FB groups are going to go after her next.

Cindy and Ronnie moved on to forgiveness pretty darn fast. And they said nothing about the horrible words and accusations they said about Shanann. They still owe Shanann and her family a deep and remorseful apology.
I don't know that they have truly forgiven him. It sounded like to me they said what they thought they needed to say, if they never got to talk to him again. And if something doesn't change, they won't. All JMO

I think she could t. By surprise and quickly overcome due to her weakened condition.

There was no emotional conversation IMO. Just a savage and quick attack.
Right. He didn’t want to talk about anything.

That ties in with him asking the girls necks to be tested for DNA, as it maybe wasn't to vilify Shanann as such but to prove he didn't strangle them.
Good point. He had nothing to fear about his hands being on their necks.

No soul in that guy.

Unfortunately, a picture of “the” letter has been published. And so far, I’m not seeing any crawling being done :(.

Oh wow. Even if it’s real, it just signifies more premeditation. We’ll never know what story he was planning, since NUA came along and “ruined” everything for him.

Good! It further proves premeditation. MOO

I cannot judge CW's parents for saying they forgive him. He is their son, and always will be no matter what he has done. Forgiving him does not condone, excuse, or exonerate his actions, and his parents will suffer greatly due to what their son did. The choice of forgiveness is up to each individual. It is often a very difficult journey. IMO that choice should be respected.

Yes. I don't fault them for that at all.

Just watched the statements. How heartbreaking. How the Rzuceks can have so much dignity I will never know . Frank Jr’s was particularly lump-in-your-throat. I hope Shanann, CeCe, Nico and Bella are joyful at the sentencing. RIP.

Wanting to be with someone forever, after a month of dating and willing to kill your family over it? WTH?

It was dated 8/6 - so he was thinking about this for a while. It also proves that he is STUPID. Why he ever thought something like that would exonerate his is just beyond me.

I don't understand, folks. I asked this at the beginning. Why not divorce? I'm back to that.

The DA mentioned it. I wish the judge had so future annihilators would maybe listen?

Perhaps he couldn't face his wife being upset. But why the kids? How is death preferable?

I thought the Watts’s representative did a good job of ... reading a statement with all of the appropriate things in it that one should say. I do not think the Watts’s are completely ‘there’ yet. They are still the people we saw in the past week. I don’t have much else to say about them.
I believe the rep was CW's sister.

Yes, I agree. I think when she came in that night, he probably greeted her lovingly, wrapped his arms around her and kissed her, told her how happy she was for her to be home. Completely put her at ease, and then ambushed her in her sleep.
